It’s a unique flying theater ride that is designed to give you the magical feeling of flying through iconic locations throughout the United States and beyond. The ride currently lets you explore three different legendary locations via three different separate movies.

Why is FlyOver in Las Vegas Different From Other Experiences?

This isn’t just your typical ride. The FlyOver experience has a lot of special effects that go beyond a machine that leaves your feet dangling in the air. Here’s what you get:

• You get special effects, including wind mist and natural scents. It’s all done with state-of-the-art technology designed to give you a realistic flight experience through nature. 
• The machines actually move with you. The movements allow you to feel like you’re about to dive into a new world. Have fun feeling the sensations that the ride’s motion create during the experience. 
• The screens feature awe-inspiring landscapes in ultra-high definition. When you pair this with the ride’s motion, it really feels like a fully immersive experience. It’s also a 360-degree film, so you get to see more of the world no matter where you look. 
• Oh, and there is sound, too. The attraction has some of the most immersive sound systems imaginable. 

Who Can Ride?

Children over 40 inches tall are allowed to ride. Guests who have back problems or heart problems should ask for a full refund, as they won’t be able to ride. Children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by a chaperone age 14 or older.

Pristine Iceland is up for the next ride here with sights like the gorgeous Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier, the City of Reykjavik, and the Aldeyjarfoss Waterfalls. It’s pure European splendor, and you’ll feel like a Viking here.

Wonders Of The American West

Want to try a trip that feels close to Vegas but not quite Vegas? Check this one out. This ride features sights like the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Lake Tahoe—just to name a few! It’s a real Wild West experience right in Sin City. 

If you want to buy tickets, you can book them online ahead of time, or you can purchase them on demand at the venue. Most adult tickets will cost $30 to $40 per flight, and you can get discounts for booking multiple rides. 

With that said, you probably should try to book ahead of time simply because you can save some money doing so, and you’ll be able to guarantee a spot on the ride. 

A fun fact about the venue is that it also has a bar inside. It’s called the Lost Cactus Bar, and you can get custom cocktails there as well as small bar bites. Most people go to that bar after the ride, though you can always grab a pre-flight drink, too. 

Flyover is located on Las Vegas Boulevard (otherwise known as the Las Vegas Strip). The official address is 3771 Las Vegas Blvd S Suite 150.

• Movies include locations like Lake Tahoe, Icelandic glaciers, and Canadian Rockies.
• The venue is right across from the Hard Rock Cafe. 
• Due to the ride’s motion, this is not a good choice for people with heart problems, back problems, or weak stomachs. 
• You can get tickets online or at the door, with most tickets costing just under $40.
