Neonopolis parking consists of a two-level underground parking garage and has hourly, daily, or monthly rates.
Parking Fees
You can pay for parking at Neonopolis with a regular credit card or the Flowbird Parking App, which is offered by the City of Las Vegas for street parking in Downtown.

The only exception to these fees is when there is a special event downtown, which will cause fees to jump up. They do not publish special parking rates.
Underground Parking Garage
The Neonopolis underground parking garage entrance is on 4th Street across from Nacho Daddy’s. It has two levels directly underneath the restaurants, entertainment, and shopping above.
Street Parking
There are a few street parking spaces on 4th Street near Neonopolis if you’re lucky enough to find one. The metered parking allows up to 4 hours of parking between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
