Breakfast at Paris Las Vegas offers something for everyone. Whether you’re just coming off of a long night on the casino floor and need some eggs and hash browns to refuel or just think it’s a bit long to wait until lunch to get some food in your belly, we’re sure you’ll find something you’ll want to eat with this great lineup of restaurants at the Paris Las Vegas.

Where to Eat Breakfast at Paris Las Vegas
Mon Ami Gabi

Mon Ami Gabi is one of our favorite ways to start the morning at the Paris Hotel. They offer classic French food that’s a refreshing change from the usual morning meal options.
The breakfast menu, which is served from 7 am until 11 am daily, offers delicious dishes like like a spinach and goat cheese omelet served with a side of sauteed green beans, french toast with fresh blueberries, and egg dishes that are served with a side of blistered tomatoes.
If you’re more of a breakfast traditionalist, don’t worry. There’s plenty on the menu for you to enjoy.
A Nutella waffle with fresh whipped cream is sure to satisfy a sweet tooth, and the steak and egg platter will leave you satiated until lunchtime. There are also classics like a bowl of fruit or oatmeal served with cinnamon and warm milk.
In addition, Mon Ami Gabi also offers a weekend brunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 am until 2 pm. This way, you can sleep in a little and still enjoy delicious food with breakfast personality. We really like the avocado toast with green beans and poached eggs.
If you want to try Mon Ami for a later meal, they’re also open for dinner – and the outside seating is perfect for people-watching on the Las Vegas Strip!
Alexxa’s

Alexxa’s doesn’t technically serve “breakfast,” but they do offer a brunch every day of the week that they begin serving at 7 am. That counts as breakfast in our book!
We like that you can get traditional dishes here but also that you don’t have to wait until Sunday brunch if you want something from a more traditional menu.
For the meat lovers out there, the meat omelet is amazing. It contains heaps of animal-origin meats – bacon, sausage, chicken, cheddar cheese, and home fries – yum!
Farm-fresh eggs are also on the menu at the Paris Las Vegas restaurant, along with chicken & waffles, pancakes, and more. There are lots of great ways to start your morning here!
Alexxa’s is open daily from 7 am until 10 pm, with brunch being served until 2:45 pm.
Cafe Americano Paris

Cafe Americano at the Paris Resort Las Vegas will easily become one of your new favorite restaurants for fast, fresh, and delicious food and drinks any time of the day or night.
They’re open 24 hours a day – every day. We love heading there extra early and sitting on the patio while enjoying a coffee or cappuccino. With such a great location, it’s a great place to sit back and take in the scenery of Paris Las Vegas and the excitement of Las Vegas Boulevard.
There are traditional favorites on the menu, like a meat lovers omelet with ham, bacon, and sausage, served with house potatoes.
The Americano breakfast sandwich is a fast favorite, as is the Nutella and almond toast with strawberries, blueberries, and banana.
We’re also big fans of the juices and mocktails. The green goddess juice with fresh mint is a fave, along with the basil ginger mule mocktail. Plus, everything is offered at such a great price.
Brioche by Guy Savoy

The Paris Las Vegas Hotel is located a short walk from so much to see and do on the center Strip that you might prefer the idea of taking your food to go rather than dining in.
Brioche by Guy Savoy offers wonderful grab-and-go options with French flair at an affordable price. What’s better than eating a chocolate croissant and sipping on coffee while sitting beside the Bellagio fountains or Eiffel Tower?
The menu includes brioche pastries, Danish, melt-in-your-mouth quiche, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of flavors of coffee and coffee drinks.
If you eat all of your food and decide you want seconds, you can easily pay Brioche by Guy Savoy for a second visit. They’re open daily from 6 am until midnight.
Cafe Belle Madeleine

Cafe Belle Madeleine is a quaint little French-style cafe that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, a cappuccino with frothy, steamed milk, and a sweet pastry as you prepare to start your day.
The cafe is open 24 hours a day, and although the menu isn’t huge, there’s enough there to satisfy most people – especially those with an affinity for chocolate croissants like us!
Le Creperie

Le Creperie is the place to go when you crave delicate, fresh crepes that are filled with all your favorite foods. They offer both sweet and savory crepes.
Our favorites are either the breakfast crepe with egg, cheese, and bechamel sauce or the Nutella crepe for something sweet.
Le Creperie is open daily from 7 am until 9 pm during the week and 7 am until 2 am on the weekends. This means this walk-up crepe counter is perfect for lunch, dinner, and late-night dining too.
JJ’s Boulangerie

For casual early-morning dining, JJ’s Boulangerie is a nice spot in Paris, Las Vegas. The menu is simple and casual, but the pastries are spot on every time. This is more of a quick bites location rather than a dining experience where you sit and linger over mimosas.
