Costco is a wholesale retail chain with show warehouses that can be found across the country, including Sin City. Las Vegas has four different Costco locations, but only one is close to the Las Vegas Strip. Costco wholesale stores are a great place to find bulk deals on everything from groceries to pharmacy items and even your tires – you never know what you might need while on vacation!
Membership is required to shop at a Costco warehouse, but the money you save every time you shop is well worth the annual membership fee.
Shopping at Costco in Las Vegas, NV
The Costco Las Vegas location closest to the Las Vegas Strip can be found at 801 S Pavilion Center Dr. That location puts the warehouse just over a mile from the downtown city center and a 15-minute drive to Caesars Palace. Locations further down the Las Vegas Strip, like MGM Grand Resort, are just over 7 miles from this Costco location.
Retail Warehouse
The retail area of Costco is where you’ll find groceries, home decor, toiletries, specialty items, bakery items, and more! You do need a Costco membership to purchase most items, but you can always stop by the front desk and ask for a one-time guest pass that allows you to sample all of the perks of a Costco personal or business membership. If something catches your eye, make sure to grab it because Costco’s retail stock changes frequently.
Tire Service Center
The tire service center has the same hours as the retail warehouse. Appointments are recommended but not required.
Depending on bay availability, customers who arrive without an appointment will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tire service center provides car services, including oil changes, tire installation, tire rotation, and tire repair services.
Optical Department
The optical department provides optical services inside the store. Walk-in hours are not available. Contact the optical department on the phone at 702-352-2051 to schedule your appointment.
Hearing Aids
The hearing aid department requires an appointment as well—Call 702-352-2078 to make your appointment today.
Pharmacy
The pharmacy hours are Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM, and from 9:30 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. The pharmacy is closed on Sunday. The pharmacy may close for 30 minutes between 1:30 – 2:30 if only one pharmacist is working.
The Costco pharmacy provides a reliable place to order medication at a reasonable price. If you’re traveling and need a prescription filled, Costco can temporarily transfer your prescription to this location as long as you regularly use Costco pharmacies.
Food Court
The food court at the Las Vegas, NV, location may not be as prominent as some Costco locations, but it’s still delicious! Carry-out pizza is the most popular item. Food court hours are the same as retail hours.
