Excalibur parking offers a bunch of options, including a valet at the main entrance, two self-parking garages, and a huge RV and oversized lot.
MGM Resorts recently increased parking rates for Excalibur by $2-$5/day on December 4, 2024. Full prices are below.
Free Parking at Excalibur
Nevada residents can get free parking for 3 hours when they show an NV driver’s license. But, after that, the fees really add up fast!
The other way to get free parking at Excalibur is with the MGM Rewards level Pearl or higher for free self parking and level Gold or higher for free valet.
Valet Parking
Valet parking at Excalibur is at the main entrance, and the fees are charged daily.
Vehicle Length | Daily Price | MGM Rewards Price |
Any length | $50/day | FREE for Pearl Level & Up |
Gold, Platinum, and Noir, MGM Rewards members, receive free valet parking at Excalibur Hotel!
Registered hotel guests can have the valet parking fee charged directly to their room to keep things simple.
Excalibur Self Parking
Vehicle Length | Daily Price | MGM Rewards Price |
Any length | $50/day | FREE for Pearl Level & Up |
Excalibur Hotel offers self-parking on every side of the resort! The two covered parking garages are located at the back of the resort. One garage has eight floors off Reno Ave with 3,000 parking spots, while the other has just three levels.
Excalibur Hotel is an MGM Resorts property. This means that if you pay for a full day of parking at Excalibur, you can park at other MGM Resort properties during the same day at no added cost!
Free Parking Near Excalibur
If you don’t mind walking, you can easily find parking you don’t have to pay for near Excalibur. Tropicana is right across The Strip and offers complimentary self-parking for anyone, even non-hotel guests. There’s even a pedestrian bridge that connects from the parking garage at Tropicana to Excalibur!
The only time parking at Tropicana does not offer complimentary parking is during large events at the T-Mobile Arena.
Another no-cost option within walking distance of Excalibur Hotel is OYO Hotel and Casino. This hotel is to the east, not technically on the Strip. It’s an easy, well-lit 10-minute walk to the Excalibur Hotel, and parking at OYO is always free.
Oversized Parking
Excalibur Hotel is one of the few spots where you’ll find oversized parking on The Strip. Unfortunately, oversized parking has limited availability. Parking spots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Vehicle Length | Daily Price | MGM Rewards Price |
Any length | $50/day | FREE for Pearl Level & Up |
Guests from other MGM Resort properties are directed to use the Excalibur Hotel for oversized vehicles too. Unfortunately, spots can’t be reserved ahead of time, but you can call before arrival to ask about current availability.
Oversized parking spots are charged at a flat rate per 24 hours at the rate of $50/day regardless of vehicle length.
MGM Rewards Pearl level and higher can park in the RV and oversized lot for free.
EV Chargers
There are 6 chargers and 5 designated EV spots at the south gate. Go to the stop sign and enter the parkade on the left. Then, drive to the next stop sign and turn right. Chargers can be seen on the right.
How do I get to the Excalibur car parking please?
I have created a Google map for you here: https://vegasfoodandfun.com/excalibur-parking/ You will see two “P” in green and purple. The valet is purple and the parking garage is green. I hope that helps!
Will I be able to use oversize parking if I am not guest of hotel?
Yes, non-guests can absolutely use the oversized parking
Why is it impossible to call Excalibur? I want to know guest parking price during a hockey game at t mobile?
The hotels are difficult to reach by phone – its a regular frustration shared by everyone. For guest parking during a hockey game there are closer to the Tmobile arena than Exclaibur. In fact Excalibur is the furthest walk to T-Mobile of the surrounding parking places: https://vegasfoodandfun.com/t-mobile-arena-parking/
Is the parking fees, per hour or is there a daily fee if I’m a guest?
The parking fees are daily fees, whether you’re a hotel guest or just visiting for a few hours. The only difference for hotel guests is that your daily fee will get you the same parking permissions at other Las Vegas Strip MGM properties in the same 24 hours period.
So if your a guest staying at Excalibur you still need to pay to park?
Yes, that’s correct.
does EV have to pay for charging at MGM paking ? if yes, how much
EV charging is free.
we are heading to Vegas next week. Where do you park (renting a vehicle) to check into the Excalibur? I am assuming you need a room key to park in the guest parking lots, and cannot park there to check in.
Your room key isn’t needed to enter the guest parking lots, so you can park as usual then head to check in.
I am arriving with a expedition veh about 8 ft in height. With the Excalibur parking be ok?
You should be fine! There’s a 10 ft clearance height.
MGM properties suck. Locals are supposed to get 3 hours of complimentary parking. I was there gambling for 3 hour and 18 minutes. I was charged 20.00 because I stayed too much time. Will never patronize an MGM property again.
Yes, they’re very strict on the free parking time. Even a couple of minutes over results in a parking fee, which can be very frustrating!
