Four Queens

Four Queens Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street is a Downtown Las Vegas tradition. The Four Queens is a traditional Las Vegas gaming destination that just happens to be in the heart of one of the biggest attractions in the area – the Fremont Street Experience.

Four Queens Hotel and Casino is one of the few hotels in Las Vegas that doesn’t charge a resort fee, which equals major savings for its guests. They also offer affordable parking, good restaurants, and an average rating that’s above four stars. Here’s our take on this Downtown property.

Four Queens Hotel Rooms & Suites

North Tower Standard Room

North Tower Standard Room

If what you’re after is a safe, clean room with both hot water and cold water in the shower, a clean toilet seat, comfortable beds, a working coffee maker, and a decent view, let us introduce you to the North Tower Standard Rooms at Four Queens.

Our description isn’t meant to take a dig into this room at all. It’s just that it’s a simple, bare-bones room that measures a modest 290 sq ft. It’s not fancy, but it has absolutely all of the essentials, including a flat-screen television, a hair dryer, a desk, a safe, and really nice views from the upper-level floors. The North Tower Standard Room is available in either a single king or double queen option. Extra beds may be available upon request.

South Tower Premium Room

South Tower Premium Room

If you’re interested in a room upgrade from the North Tower Standard Room, the Premium South Tower room is the next step up. It’s slightly larger at 325 sq ft and offers all of the amenities as the North Tower room, plus a few more. The spa-style shower is a super indulgent way to start the day, followed by a piping hot cup of coffee from the in-room coffee machine. There’s also a mini refrigerator and in-room safe. The Premium South Tower Room is available with either a single king bed or double queen bed configuration.

South Tower Accessible Room

South Tower Accessible Room

The South Tower Accessible Room is designed with features to make the stay comfortable for disabled guests and those with additional mobility needs. These rooms are a bit more spacious at 382 sq ft, and feature two queen beds. Accessibility features include a grab bar near the toilet, a roll-in shower, height adjustable shower, a wider bathroom entrance, and height adjustments for the closet and drapery pulls.

Royal Suite

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite at the Four Queens is a step up in style. These beautiful rooms measure about 620 sq ft and feature an open floor plan with a separate living area. In addition to the bed, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed, so this suite can accommodate up to four guests. Amenities include a large, flat-screen television, coffee pot and complimentary coffee, spa-style bathroom, and more.

Regal Suite

Regal Suite

The Regal Suite is a 650 sq ft suite with an open floor plan. In addition to the king-size bed, there’s a sleeper sofa, wet bar with seating, separate living area, mini fridge, safe, great views, and more.

Restaurants & Bars

Hugo’s Cellar

Hugo's Cellar

Hugo’s Cellar is a finer dining restaurant at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino that we think just oozes romance. For starters, all ladies are gifted a long-stem rose upon arrival, and they serve complimentary fruit that has been dipped in chocolate. We could stop right there and be happy. The experience of dining at Hugo’s Cellar has always been enjoyable. We like the tableside salad presentation, and the steaks and seafood are always fabulous.

Hugo’s Cellar is open nightly for dinner service from 5 pm until 10 pm.

Magnolia’s Veranda

Magnolia's Veranda

Magnolia’s Veranda is one of those good restaurants that serves casual but delicious food. Magnolia’s restaurant overlooks the Four Queens casino floor. They offer a great breakfast menu that’s reasonably priced and then a good selection of salads, burgers, steaks, and pizza. If you were thinking about ordering room service, we suggest giving Magnolia’s a try instead.

Magnolia’s Veranda opens early and stays open late. Their hours of operation are currently 7 am until 3 am daily.

Chigaco Brewing Co.

Chigaco Brewing Co.

Chicago Brewing Company is a great spot at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino when you’re in the mood for casual eats, great beer, and a fun atmosphere. With an extensive cigar collection, Chicago Brewing Company also doubles as a cigar lounge.

The menu is aligned with sports bar-style eats but is a bit more elevated. For example, there are filet mignon sliders – something you can’t get at many places, even in Las Vegas. We love the giant pretzel with Bavarian mustard, and the Chicago club served with fries won’t leave you hungry for more.

Chicago Brewing Co. is open daily from 11:30 am until 1:30 am.

Patio Bar

Patio Bar

The Patio Bar at Four Queens Hotel and Casino is one of our favorite hangout spots on Fremont St. The wrap-around patio puts you right there in the heart of the action of the Fremont Street Experience, and it’s located right next to the stage – the music can get a little loud, but it’s all part of the atmosphere.

The Patio Bar is also temperature controlled, so it’s nice and warm when there’s a bit of a chill in the air, and then the air conditioning comes on to keep things comfortable on the scorching Las Vegas summer nights.

Shows & Entertainment

Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada, are known for delivering high-quality entertainment. Some of the biggest shows in the country happen on Sin City stages. Four Queens Hotel and Casino is more of a traditional Las Vegas gaming hotel that doesn’t focus so much on big productions. However, there are a couple of great options.

Mike Hammer Comedy & Magic

Mike Hammer Comedy & Magic

Mike Hammer is the number one show in Downtown Las Vegas, and the fact that there’s always 100% audience participation is a big part of the reason why. If you love comedy, sharp wit, and magic, then you don’t want to miss this. Mike Hammer is recommended for guests over the age of thirteen. The show happens nightly from Tuesday through Saturday at 7 pm.

Hypnosis Unleashed

Hypnosis Unleashed

Kevin Lepine takes an unpredictable approach to hypnosis in his hilariously funny and mind-bending hypnosis show. Audience participation is key to this hilarious performance. Guests should be 18 years or older.

Catch Hypnosis Unleashed nightly from Tuesday through Saturday at 9 pm.

Fremont Street Experience

Fremont Street Experience

As a downtown property, Four Queens Hotel is a favorite for guests who want to be close to the Fremont Experience. The Four Queens Hotel and Casino, facing Fremont Street, gives you a front-row seat for the action, loud music, lights, shows, and parties of the Fremont Street Experience.

Pool

Four Queens Hotel and Casino does not have a pool onsite. However, guests are welcome to use the pool at their sister property, Binion’s Gambling Hall. The pool isn’t super fancy, but it is located on the 25th floor of Binion’s and offers a nice view of the Las Vegas Valley.

Make sure to bring your room key as proof of your stay at the Four Queens. You can find Binion’s Gambling Hall, located not far from the Four Queens Hotel and Casino. The address is 128 E Fremont Street.

Four Queens Casino

Four Queens Casino

It’s Las Vegas, so of course, there’s a casino center stage at the Four Queens. The casino features a non-pretentious, high-energy atmosphere and all of your favorite casino games. This includes over a thousand slot machines, plus table games, poker, blackjack, let it ride, craps, and roulette.

Sports betting fans will enjoy heading over to the William Hill Sportsbook to catch the latest gaming and racing action on the big screen.

Hotel Policies

Check-In & Check Out Times

Check-in time at Four Queens Hotel and Casino is 4 pm, and check-out time is noon on the day of your departure. This is about an hour later on both ends than many other hotels in Las Vegas. Early check-in and late check-out may be an option based on availability, but it’s not a guarantee. There’s currently a $25 fee for early or late arrivals and departures.

Resort Fee

One major perk about Four Queens Hotel Las Vegas is that they don’t charge resort fees, which is a rather rare find in Sin City. Most other Vegas hotels charge anywhere from $35-$50 in resort fees per night, which makes those room deals you find not seem like such a great deal after all. This isn’t the case at Four Queens Hotel & Casino. There’s never a resort fee here.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino in Downtown Las Vegas. The one exception to this is in the case of registered service animals.

Smoking

The Four Queens Hotel and Casino still offers guests the option of both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Make sure to specify your preference at the time of booking. Smoking is also permitted in certain areas of the hotel, including the casino floor.

Parking

Four Queens Hotel & Casino Parking

Four Queens Hotel & Casino offers a decent deal on parking in Downtown Las Vegas. The parking garage is located off of Carson Ave, and valet parking services are also offered. Whether you’re staying at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino or just visiting, it offers a great location that’s close to the Fremont Street Experience.

Every so often, we hear rumors that there’s free parking at the Four Queens. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case, but parking here isn’t the most expensive in Las Vegas, either.

Parking prices vary depending on whether you’re a hotel guest and other events going on in Downtown Las Vegas.

Parking costs $5 per day for guests staying at the hotel. Members who have an ALL ACCESS Players Club Card can have their parking validated at the front desk when staying at the hotel.

For non-guests, public parking fees are charged hourly. Guests can have parking validated by enjoying a meal in one of the property’s restaurants or by earning 5 points on their ALL ACCESS card when spending time at the Four Queens Casino.
