Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, a property of MGM Resorts International, is popular for its extravagant pool complex complete with climate-controlled poolside gaming, celebrity chef restaurants, and even an aquarium. Not only does Mandalay Bay have great onsite amenities, but its rooms and suites are a wonderful place to unwind after a fun-filled day.

Today we are going to go over their two-bedroom suites, which are ideal for families, traveling with friends, or anyone who needs a bit more space than standard hotel rooms. Take a look at what these hotel suites have to offer.

Mandalay Bay Two Bedroom Suite Details

There are two different options when it comes to the two-bedroom hotel suites at Mandalay Bay. One has two queen-sized beds with one king bed, and the other has two king beds. Both have the same decor, but let’s dive into the details of each.

Two Bedroom Suites Decor

The theme of these suites is modern and simple comfort with neutral tones, greenery, and pops of vibrant blues. Relax in style with decor that supports both comfort and luxury. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer an expansive view of the surrounding Las Vegas area. Mandalay Bay also recently redesigned the dining room to be more contemporary.

2 Bedroom Suite Size

Each of the two-bedroom suites is the same size in square feet, but they have some differences in terms of the capacity and size of the beds.

King Suite

King Suite 1

The king suite has a maximum occupancy of just four people with a total of two king beds, one in each room. The suite itself is 1,450 sq ft and has plenty of room to spread out.

Two Queen Beds Suite

Queen Suite

The two queen suite has a higher maximum occupancy of six people. It is still 1,450 sq ft, but it accommodates more people since it has two queen-sized beds plus a king-sized bed. Of course, since it is still a two-bedroom and not a three-bedroom, the two queens are in one room while the king-size bed is in another.

These two-bedroom suites have a lot to offer as far as amenities. There is a living room that encourages socialization with a seating area that fits up to 11 people, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV in both the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Additionally, there is a media hub in every area for charging devices, an in-room safe, and a fully stocked minibar. However, it is important to note that the minibar comes at an additional cost.

Let’s talk about the bathrooms since every good suite needs at least one stunning bathroom. Except Mandalay Bay Resort has taken it one step further and placed a private bath in each room.

Having a private bath right in your bedroom makes it easy to share the suite without having to share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have stone finishes, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a jetted tub for soaking.

Mandalay Bay Two Bedroom Suite Pricing

So how much does all this cost? Well, the nightly pricing on any hotel room varies based on time of year, day of the week, any events that are going on, total hotel occupancy, and any discounts you might qualify for, among other things.

However, you can expect to pay at least a minimum of $500 for the king suite and at least $100 more for the two queen suite though the pricing will always vary.

Additionally, there is also a nightly resort fee which gives you access to the plentiful onsite amenities. Of course, there are also taxes to consider in the price.

Mandalay Bay Resort Location

Mandalay Bay Resort is located on the South end of the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, NV. It is quite a convenient location as it is on the backside of the McCarran International Airport while still having access to the Strip.
