Parasol Up and Down has been a popular spot to relax and enjoy great drinks since 2005, when the resort opened. In 2022, both lounges got a remodel and were rebranded. Parasol Down became Bar Parasol, and Parasol Up became the Overlook Lounge.

What you can expect is an elegant escape from the busy Las Vegas atmosphere. Whimsical parasols create cozy nooks for guests to sit while they drink cocktails. Fanciful decor can be found across every inch of the bar. The menu also got an upgrade in 2022, and the reviews have been amazing.

Bar Parasol has a reputation for creating a fun environment with excellent service. Whether you’re staying at Wynn Las Vegas and want a drink at the end of the night before heading to your room, or you just want to try the best bars in Las Vegas, this place is sure to impress.

Menu

Small Bites and Caviar

The full menu is served until 10 PM daily. After 10, the bar focuses on making drinks to offer the best experience for guests during the busy after-dinner hours until closing.

The menu matches the ambiance of the bar with elevated flavors and small bites. A classic charcuterie board is a simple, shareable option priced at $30. Interestingly, the charcuterie board is one of the only menu options that doesn’t include caviar!

Shrimp toasts are served with Kaluga hybrid caviar for $51, while mini lobster rolls feature Ossetra caviar for $65. Caviar fries are a customer favorite with Sturgeon caviar, Alaskan salmon roe, shredded egg, lemon aioli, and fine herbs.

If you want to taste a bit of everything, you can order The Parasol Experience for $175. This option includes potato crisps, mini lobster rolls, mini tacos, and of course, plenty of caviar. You can also order caviar on its own to be served with warm blinis and traditional accompaniments.

Dessert

Bar Parasol has two dessert offerings to satisfy your sweet tooth. Macrons are available in pistachio, raspberry, and mango-passion flavors. Dessert “caviar” sticks to the theme of the menu with a lady finger, mascarpone cream, and chocolate pearls. There are often other special desserts available to tempt your sweet tooth.

Signature Sips

There are two signature cocktails featured on the menu. If you can’t decide what to order, these drinks are always a good choice. The first cocktail is an ice-cold vodka martini called Stockholm. The second is named “Bubbles and a Bump” because it’s served as a shot of champagne with a bump of caviar.

Bubbles and a bump is not available after 10 PM.

Flights

One of the menu items you might not expect, but will definitely enjoy, are the flights. You can order a flight of champagne or vodka to try a taste of 3 bartender favorites. There’s also a caviar flight available until 10 PM daily featuring three types of caviar.

Pair the champagne flight with a caviar flight for a luxurious bar experience unlike any other.

Inspired Cocktails

Havana Inspired Cocktails

The most popular cocktail menu at Bar Parasol is their inspired cocktails. These cocktails will take you drinking around the world with globally inspired flavors.

The Cozumel is a spicy margarita made with Casamigos Reposado tequila. A Verde bloody mary is named Catalina, and the Rio De Janeiro is a sweet passionfruit caipirinha. Cannes is an elegant champagne sour, and the Capri is a white negroni with lychee liqueur.

Treat yourself to an inspired cocktail experience with The Havana. This order includes rum old fashioned for two with 12-year El Dorado, and 8-year Bacardi served tableside.

Wine, Champagne, Beer, and Liquor

The rest of the menu includes everything you expect from a Las Vegas bar. There’s an extensive selection of wine and champagne available by the glass or bottle. If you’re not sure what wine or champagne to pair with the caviar you order, the staff can make recommendations for the best flavor pairings.

The liquor offerings include a great variety of vodka, rum, gin, tequila, whiskey, and single malts. There’s just about every type of liquor you could want, with a wide range of flavors, brands, and price points available.

Order beer on draught, including the Wynn-exclusive golden lager called the Singing frog. The bottled beer selection has domestic, imported, local, and non-alcoholic options.

Dress Code

There’s no official dress code required at Bar Parasol, but you don’t want to feel over or underdressed. Aim for casual, classy clothes if you want to match the atmosphere in the bar.
