Treasure Island Hotel is a popular place to park for those visiting the casino, restaurants, or nightlife on the property and for others having a night out on the Las Vegas Strip. This is because the Treasure Island parking garage is conveniently located, with many attractions nearby, and it offers an easy entrance and exit.
Here is everything you need to know about parking at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, including how you can get free parking!
Valet Parking

The drop-off and pickup for valet parking at Treasure Island are in front of the main entrance off Siren’s Cove Blvd. Using 3300 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109 as the address on your GPS will get you to the pickup and drop-off for valet.
The valet parking is open 24/7. Simply trade your keys for a ticket from the attendant and when you’re ready to leave, give them back the ticket so they can get your vehicle.
It is one of the best valet options in the city since it will only cost you a tip if you choose to give one and is conveniently located in the center of the Strip.

Self Parking
Mel Tormé Way, Las Vegas, NV 89109
The Treasure Island parking garage is seven levels and is located behind the resort.
The first level of the parking garage doesn’t actually have any parking but is instead an administrative area. However, there are more than 630 parking spaces on the other levels, so there is plenty of room.
Level three is the most convenient place to park if you can, as it features the walking bridge over the street to the hotel and casino. This way, you can avoid the elevator or stairs. If you park on other levels, you will have to head to level three to get to the hotel.
On level four, there are EV charging stations. It is also important to note that level 7 is uncovered, so if you want to avoid having the Las Vegas sun on your car all day, consider trying to find a spot lower in the parking garage.
The entire parking garage has bright lighting and security cameras so you can ensure it is safe for hotel guests and visitors alike. Additionally, the parking garage is open 24/7, so if you plan to be out late, you don’t have to worry about your car getting locked into the garage.

Getting to the Treasure Island Parking Garage
The easiest way to access the Treasure Island parking garage is using Spring Mountain Road to turn onto Mel Tormé Way since the Strip usually has standstill traffic at night. This is also the route to use if you are coming from I-15 since there is a Spring Mountain Road exit both southbound and northbound just look for signs that say Spring Mountain Road east.
However, if coming directly from Las Vegas Boulevard, turn onto Siren’s Cove Boulevard, just past The Mirage, which will take you to Mel Tormé Way. The entrance is well-marked for easy access.

Treasure Island Parking Fees & Free Parking
Compared to other parking options on the Las Vegas Strip, Treasure Island is one of the most affordable because, for most people, it is free!
Treasure Island is one of the last resorts on the Las Vegas Strip to offer free self-parking for hotel and casino guests. It also has free valet for hotel and casino guests. Remember, though, that even though there is no required fee, if you use the valet parking, it is still customary to give the staff a tip even if you are a hotel guest.
Oversized Parking
2301 Buccaneer Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Vehicles over eight feet, like large vans or buses, will need to use the oversized parking at The Mirage, which does require a fee. There is limited availability, and rates are charged by the day.
- $30 Per Day for Vans & Large Vehicles
- $50 Per Day for Buses & Multi Axle Vehicles
Oversized vehicles under 8 feet, one inch, can still park on the first two levels of the Treasure Island parking garage, but levels 3-7 only have a clearance of 6’10”. So depending on the size of your vehicle, there are a few oversized parking options.
Convenient, Affordable Las Vegas Parking
The TI Hotel is a great option for parking if you are going to visit the casinos on the Strip. The location is convenient to tons of attractions, and you don’t have to pay a fee! The process is simple when it comes to Treasure Island parking, whether in the parking garage or through valet.
Is there a time limit? Like can I park my car for a week and not get towed or charged.
As long as you are staying in the Treasure Island hotel or a casino guest, parking is free.
