Awakening

Awakening is the most highly anticipated show at Wynn Las Vegas in 2023. This dramatic production is held in the custom-designed Awakening Theater with a storyline elevated by original musical numbers, choreography, technology, a custom sound system, and just the right balance of myth and magic.

The show is narrated by Anthony Hopkins and performed on a prismatic stage of dichroic glass and LED screens. Glamorous costumes and large-scale puppetry create a captivating show in the truest sense of the phrase.
There won’t be a bad seat in the house as the audience is taken on the immersive story with inspiring performances and amazing music.
In this show, a heroine goes on a journey with two fellow travelers as they work to restore beauty and love to the world.

The show’s director and executive producer Baz Halpin has experience with everything from the Emmy Awards to Super Bowl shows with Taylor Swift. Another show producer, Bernie Yuman, is well known for managing Muhammed Ali. The final producer and character creator for Awakening is Michael Curry, who has made puppets for The Lion King on Broadway.
