A 24-hour pharmacy in Las Vegas comes in handy for more than just a last-minute prescription. They are a great place to get hydrated after a hangover, a quick alcohol run for the hotel room, buy stamps for a postcard or two, shop weekly specials for snacks, and get what you need for minor unexpected illnesses like a late-night migraine or stomach ache.
Because Sin City is a city that never seems to sleep, just like New York City, you have plenty of options.
There are two primary 24-hour pharmacies in Vegas– CVS Pharmacy and Walgreen Pharmacy. Both have multiple locations, so no matter where you are staying, there is sure to be one close.

We’ll also take a look at an alternative option called Pharmabox which is essentially a pharmacy vending machine! How cool!
Let’s get started.
24-Hour CVS Pharmacy Locations in Vegas
Spanish Oaks Center

Address: 3550 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102
The CVS in the Spanish Oaks Center is west of I-15 on Sahara Ave. The pharmacists are only available from 8 am until 9 pm throughout the week and close early on weekends.
However, the store is open 24 hours, so you can get over-the-counter medications and other essentials any time of day.
East Las Vegas

Address: 4411 E Bonanza Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89110
The Bonanza Road CVS is open 24/7 for both the store and the pharmacy. It is important to note that the pharmacy does close for lunch between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm and that the pharmacy offers a drive-through. This is also a “y mas” location which means they offer bilingual staff, lower prices, and popular Hispanic brands.
Between Lone Mountain & Summerlin
Address: 8320 W. Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89129
The CVS between Lone Mountain and Summerlin is on the west side of town on the corner of Cheyenne Ave and North Durango Dr, Las Vegas, next to the Albertsons. It has a 24-hour store and pharmacy, as well as a drive-through option.
Treasure Island

Address: 3300 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109
The Treasure Island CVS doesn’t offer a drive-through or prescription pharmacy, but it is convenient for over-the-counter medications and essentials while staying on the Strip, especially if you are a guest of Treasure Island. It can be accessed from the street or the resort, and the store itself is open 24 hours.
Harmon & Paradise Road

Address: 4490 Paradise Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89169
The CVS on the corner of Harmon and Paradise Road is minutes from the airport and is in the heart of the University district. The pharmacy isn’t 24 hours, though they are open until 8 pm on the weekdays and do have a drive-through. The store is open 24 hours for necessities.
Grand Bazaar Shops

Address: 3645 Las Vegas Blvd S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
The Grand Bazaar Shops CVS is rather convenient, but like some of the other locations, the pharmacy itself isn’t open 24 hours like the store and photo services are.
There is also no drive-through, though they do have a Minute Clinic and great reviews, so depending on what you are looking for, this one is a good pick.
City Center

Address: 3758 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109
The City Center CVS offers essentially the same experience as the one at the Grand Bazaar Shops, except it’s located next to Park MGM.
24-Hour Walgreens Locations in Las Vegas
Corner of Sahara & S. Las Vegas Blvd.

Address: 2427 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89104
Located in the heart of the Strip, this Walgreens is convenient despite not having a 24-hour pharmacy. The pharmacy is open during the week from 9 am to 7 pm. The store is open 24 hours, though, and there is a drive-through.
Convention Center
Address: 3025 Las Vegas Blvd S., Ste A, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Again, while this Walgreens is great for those staying near or attending a conference at the Convention Center, the pharmacy maintains daylight hours despite the rest of the store staying open 24 hours. Customers rave about the cleanliness and good stock here as well.
Downtown (Fremont)

Address: 495 E. Fremont Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101
Staying downtown? Walgreens has you covered for beer, wine, over-the-counter medications, and other essentials. However, this store does not have a pharmacy. It is open 24 hours and has decent reviews, though.
West Las Vegas

Address: 9415 W. Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89117
This Walgreens is in the Southwest of town and has a 24-hour pharmacy, store, and drive-through. The pharmacy does close for lunch for 30 minutes at 1:30 am, though. However, proceed with caution because the pharmacy itself tends to provide a poor experience that takes forever.
West Las Vegas/Summerlin

Address: 7599 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89128
There is another Walgreens offering both a 24-hour store and pharmacy in West Las Vegas at the intersection of Lake Mead Blvd. and Buffalo Drive. It also has a 30-minute lunch at 1:30 am, but the reviews are much better than the Desert Inn Road location as of recently, so it fairs to be a better recommendation.
East Las Vegas

Address: 5011 E. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89142
This Walgreens is out near the end of Sahara Ave., where it meets the mountains. It has a 24-hour store, drive-through, and pharmacy. However, unless it’s the closest to you and you’re in a pinch, we definitely don’t give this one our endorsement based on the awful reviews we’ve found.
Northwest Las Vegas

Address: 8500 Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89129
Located at the corner of Cheyenne Ave and Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, you’ll also find a 24-hour drive-thru, store, and pharmacy to fill your prescriptions.
This one also has average reviews, so it fairs as a decent option on the Northside of town. Just keep in mind the lunch break is from 1:30 pm-2:00 pm.
Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort

Address: 3339 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
The pharmacy at this Walgreens is only open during the week and from 9 am to 7 pm, but the rest is 24 hours. It also has some of the best reviews and a great location right in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort.
Miracle Mile Shops

Address: 3717 Las Vegas Blvd S., Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89109
The Walgreens at the Miracle Mile Shops is essentially the same as going to the one at Grand Canal Shoppes. The pharmacists are available during the day throughout the week, and the rest of the store is open 24 hours with excellent reviews.
Across From Park MGM

Address: 3765 Las Vegas Blvd S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
There is another Walgreens across the street from Park MGM. Despite the store being open 24 hours, there are no pharmacists for prescriptions. Customers do rave about how the selection is great, and there is security for safety no matter the time of day or night.
Spring Valley

Address: 4905 W. Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103
The Spring Valley Walgreens is located on the corner of Tropicana Ave and Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas. The pharmacy is only open from 9 am to 9 pm during the week and closes at 6 pm on the weekends, though there is a drive-thru, and the store is open 24 hours a day. We don’t recommend this one, though, because, as many customers have said… “It just keeps getting worse.” Yikes!
North Las Vegas

Address: 2280 Las Vegas Blvd. N., North Las Vegas, NV 89030
Last up on the options for 24-hour Walgreens is the North Vegas store which is open 24 hours except for the pharmacy hours. The pharmacy and drive-thru are open from 8 am-10 pm every day for prescriptions, so while it’s not 24 hours, it does maintain better hours than some others, and most people have a good experience here.
Pharmabox at Grand Canal Shoppes

Address: 3377 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Two Locations)
You may not have heard of Pharmabox, but there are two Pharmabox locations at the Grand Canal Shoppes, and it’s perfect for those who want or need something fast. Pharmaboxes are basically vending machines that are stocked with mostly over-the-counter medications and personal care items.
