Caesars Palace Spa, also known as Qua Baths & Spa, is the ultimate in pampering and self-care, with a world-class spa that offers unmatched amenities. The Qua Bath Spa offers healing and restorative therapies that we haven’t found in other resorts on the Strip. Think along the lines of Roman baths, an Arctic ice room, an herbal steam room, and an extensive spa treatment menu.
About Qua Baths & Spa
The Caesars Palace Spa is a large, full-service spa with unmatched amenities and service options. The spa, which measures more than 50,000 sq ft, has won multiple awards and offers a luxurious atmosphere with blends of wood, cooling blue tones, and dozens of treatment rooms that have all been designed to help each guest feel relaxed. The retreat-like feel doesn’t go unnoticed from the moment you walk through the spa doors.
In our opinion, what makes the Qua Baths & Spa stand out, aside from decor and atmosphere, are the unique treatment and therapy areas. You won’t find Roman baths and Vichy showers at every spa in Las Vegas – and that’s just the beginning. Here are what we consider to be the highlights of the Spa at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.
Roman Baths
First, let’s talk about the three Roman Baths that are so relaxing and amazing, just at the perfect temperature to melt all of the tension away. The atmosphere almost feels like you’ve traveled back in time to ancient Rome, and you’re free to indulge in all the pampering your body craves.
The Roman Baths aren’t huge, but they are spacious enough to offer room for several guests to indulge in relaxation at the same time. The Roman Baths are not co-ed, so you can wear a bathing suit if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.
Arctic Ice Room
Another standout feature for us is the Arctic Ice Room. There aren’t many opportunities to see and feel the snow in Las Vegas, but it’s lazily falling in the Arctic Room at Caesars Palace. There’s evidence to suggest that alternating cold and hot offers therapeutic and healing powers. In the Arctic Ice Room, the cold air hits your skin; you can relax and rejuvenate among the falling snow and feel totally invigorated when you’re done. Plus, it’s fun to say you played in the snow!
Sauna & Showers
In addition to the Roman Baths and Arctic Room, there’s also a spacious, relaxing sauna in the Laconium room. The Laconium room is one of the few co-ed spaces in the spa, but towels are provided, and a degree of modesty is expected.
After you’ve pampered yourself with the various spa services and massage treatments, you can spend some time preparing for your reentry into the real world of Las Vegas. Most spas offer the opportunity to shower and primp, but the shower amenities at Caesar’s Palace are definitely elevated a few notches.
Indulge in luxury toiletries and one of the most relaxing showers you’ll ever have. Then move next door, where there are vanities and a variety of skin and hair tools to assist in making you look your very best for whatever comes next in your Las Vegas itinerary.

While specific spa services are not included in the guest pass, it’s definitely a relaxing and luxurious experience for the mind and body. Guests are supplied robes and slippers during their visit, and there’s also a tea lounge where you can enjoy refreshing drinks, teas, and other beverages during your visit.

Policies
The policies at the Qua Baths & Spa are pretty much in line with what you’ll find at other resort spas on the Las Vegas Strip. The basics are that they ask everyone to be respectful of both other guests and the friendly staff. Since a few areas offer a co-ed atmosphere, any lewd or unwelcome behavior will result in the offender being swiftly removed from the premises.
Proper spa etiquette suggests that guests should arrive 15-30 minutes before their appointment time and relax in the waiting room while the facility prepares for them. Guests of the spa and fitness center can request lockers for their belongings, but it’s suggested that you not bring valuables since the staff cannot be held accountable for them.
Towels, slippers, and robes are provided for guests as needed or requested. Please let the desk staff be aware if you have special needs or requests – a back injury, recent surgery, circulation issues, and pregnancy, for example.
Guests must be at least 18 years or older for the spa services. Group rates and reservations are also available.
