Palazzo Las Vegas Spa

We’re always up to discover what a spa has to offer, and in our opinion, Canyon Ranch Spa & Fitness at Palazzo is a wonderful enhancement to your Las Vegas vacation – or a way to treat yourself to something special if you happen to be in Sin City on business. 

Massages

The menu of massages and spa treatments at Canyon Ranch is so extensive that it’s almost overwhelming at first. With so many options, where do you start? Honestly, we don’t mind the research! 

There’s a special couples massage, prenatal massage, hot stone, foot massage, and a full range of traditional massage spa treatments. Then there are massage treatments from the East, which are incredible. Our favorite is the 80-minute Chakra Balancing Massage.

Body Treatments

Body treatments include luscious scrubs and exfoliating treatments that will leave your skin feeling silky smooth. An example of the body treatments offered by Canyon Ranch is the Alchemist’s Retreat, and it is pure decadence. 

Start with dead sea salt detoxification and body scrub. Then, thermal mud is applied. The next step is a warm candle wax massage (if this isn’t decadent, we don’t know what it is) and then a scalp massage to conclude the experience. This is a must if you want to treat yourself to something special. 

Ritual Baths

Enjoy a body treatment before soaking in a luxurious bath that’s infused with aromatic oils and salts. Then, when you’re already so relaxed that you could just dissolve into a puddle of bliss, the service concludes with a massage. 

Facials

Facials at Canyon Ranch are the ultimate in skin care. The menu includes options such as a purifying facial, vitamin C facial, collagen lifting facial, and a gentlemen’s facial. 

Experiential rooms

We love that Canyon Ranch Spa & Fitness offers these lovely experiential rooms, each offering a completely unique and relaxing experience. 

• Wave Room – The Wave Room is visually soothing as you lay back and experience the sensation of waves under a beautiful canopy.
• Salt Grotto Room – A co-ed salt room with misty, salt-infused air that reminds us of an ocean beach
• Herbal Laconium Room – This is one of our favorite rooms at Canyon Ranch Spa & Fitness, with herbal-infused steam that leaves us feeling so relaxed
• Crystal Steam Room – A beautiful place to meditate and calm the mind, all with the benefits of aromatic steam
• Experiential Rains – Choose from several rain treatments, including tropical rain and cool fog.
• Finnish Spa – A dry sauna with ambient lighting 
• Hydrospa – Perfect after a grueling workout, the Hydrospa is where you can enjoy pulsating water massages
• Igloo – Enjoy the rejuvenation of Arctic air therapy
• Conservatory – Enjoy tea, light refreshments, and conversation in a relaxing environment.

If you just want to spend the entire day at the spa, we recommend the day pass. The day pass includes access to the experiential rooms, hot tub, dry sauna, showers, and locker rooms (the women’s locker rooms are among the nicest that we’ve seen). 

The day of relaxing costs $75-$100, depending on the day. Non-hotel guests do have to pay a little more, with the price being $125 for the entire day. 

There’s no reason to let your fitness routine slide when you’re staying at the Palazzo. The fitness area offers top-of-the-line equipment, a rock wall for climbing, and fitness classes so you can make your health a priority even when you’re on vacation or traveling for work.

The policies at Canyon Ranch Spa are similar to what you’ll find at other spas in Las Vegas. You need to reserve your time at the spa if you plan on enjoying services, including massages, facial treatments, body treatments, etc. 

It’s recommended that you arrive an hour early for your spa appointment. This is earlier than other spas suggest you arrive, but the hour is to give you time to take advantage of the Canyon Ranch facilities and enjoy the full spa experience during your stay. 

Guests must be 18 years old. However, teens between the ages of 14-17 can use the fitness center if they are accompanied by an adult. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide 24 hours’ notice if you want a full refund. 

Of course, for the privacy of other guests at the spa, cell phone use is prohibited, except in the lobby. 

Canyon Ranch Spa is open daily. You can visit and relax with your favorite massage or body treatment from 8 am until 8 pm. Keep in mind that you’ll need to make reservations for specific treatments, or you can purchase a day pass and take advantage of the other amenities at the spa. 

Guests can access the fitness center from 6 am until 8 pm. The salon is open from 9 am until 7 pm. 

The Canyon Ranch Spa & Fitness Center is located in the Palazzo Tower at the Venetian Resort. The popular Las Vegas Spa can be accessed from both the Palazzo and the Venetian. To find the spa from the Palazzo, take the elevator to the third floor. For guests coming from the Venetian, the spa can be accessed by taking the elevator to the fourth floor near the pool entrance.
