Park MGM Spa

Spa treatments are available for every need, from relaxation to hair removal. Personally, we love bundling multiple spa treatments during one visit! Why not make a day of it?! Some treatments can be brought to your room, but we prefer getting the whole spa experience. From stepping into the spa’s reception area to a dip in the hot tub, every part of the spa feels carefully designed to promote relaxation.

Spa services here are more affordable during the week. Weekend prices increase as a result of the increased demand for spa appointments. In other words, go during the week if you can, and you’ll get some major savings!

Massages

If you’ve been feeling out of alignment lately, the crystal soundwave massage uses healing gemstones to align your chakras and cleanse your mind. It’s hard to say for sure if the healing powers of crystals are real, but there’s got to be something to it if it’s been carried on for centuries across multiple cultures, right? We can guarantee this – you won’t feel worse after a good crystal soundwave massage!

Specialty massages are available for athletes and expectant mothers. You can also have several enhancements to make your luxurious treatments ultra-personalized. Adding hot stone massage, aromatherapy, or a foot scrub can really take your treatment to the next level. 

Body Treatments

There are two body services available at the Park MGM Spa. The first body treatment is called Hanakasumi. This treatment uses a warm exfoliating cream, foot massages, and shea butter to relax every part of your mind and body. 

The second treatment is an organic coconut body exfoliation that will leave your skin feeling unbelievably soft. Crushed Tahitian coconut shells and warm coconut melt not only exfoliates but also nourish with vitamins that will give you that “glow from within” look.

Waxing

Just about any area of your body that you don’t want to have hair can be waxed at Park MGM Spa. You schedule a wax for your brows, back, abdomen, chest, bikini area, ears, nose, lip, chin, arms, legs, and underarms. There’s even a “bikini and beyond ” wax that’s a full Brazilian treatment.

Hotel guests should avoid shaving before their waxing appointment and avoid sun exposure immediately after the appointment.

Facials

One of our favorite things about the spa at Park MGM is how educated the spa staff is. We’ll be honest. We don’t know much about facials! Luckily, the staff does. You can share your skin concerns; they’ll help you choose the best facial treatment.

Facial treatments last 50 to 80 minutes. Age-defying, hydration, and deep cleansing with exfoliation are a few facial benefits offered with different facials. Any facial can be upgraded with collagen and Dermaflash treatments for an added fee.

The Park MGM spa has a luxurious steam room, sauna, and jetted hot tubs. If you want to relax without splurging for a full spa service, we can’t recommend buying a day pass for these spa facilities! 

For $50 Monday to Thursday and $75 on weekends, hotel guests can use the spa facilities without booking an appointment.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their service. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy spa amenities without feeling rushed. In our experience with Las Vegas spas, taking full advantage of the amenities was essential to feeling like we got our money’s worth.

Spa guests should shower before arriving for their appointment and change into the complimentary spa robe and slippers while waiting for their spa treatment appointment. It is a clothing-optional environment, but you can keep undergarments on if that makes you more comfortable.  

As a general rule, additional self-pampering measures are discouraged because they can have a negative impact on spa and salon service results. For example, don’t shave within 8 hours of any spa treatment, and do not wash your hair before a color or chemical services.

Spa services are only available for guests aged 18 and up, but 17-year-olds and younger can get salon services with parental supervision.

If you have any special requests regarding your spa service, such as the gender of your massage therapist or aesthetician, be sure to mention this at the time you book your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, do so at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged full price for the services. There’s nothing worse than paying for a massage you didn’t even get to experience!

We try to be conscious of basic spa etiquette in any spa, even if they don’t have specific rules posted. Do your part to keep the spa a calming, tranquil getaway by being respectful of other spa guests, keeping your volume level low, and being on time for your service.

The spa is open from 8:30 AM to 6 PM daily. All spa treatments require an appointment, which can be made through the spa host or the Park MGM concierge.

A credit card is required to make your appointment, and your ID will be checked when you arrive.

From the main lobby of Park MGM, head to the convention spaces, where you can take the escalator to the second floor. Off the escalator, take a left into the Madison Meeting Center entry. 

To the right, there’s signage pointing towards the fitness center. Follow those signs, and you’ll eventually find the spa and salon on the left side of the hallway. 

• While the spa is great for a nourishing body treatment, facial, or massage, the salon shouldn’t be overlooked either! 
• The salon offers hair styling, coloring, nail services, and more.
• The Park MGM salon service received very good reviews overall, especially from people in Vegas for special occasions wanting to look their best. 
• Spa services are only available for those 18 and up. The salon is open to minors with parental supervision, and the fitness center is open to those 16 and up with someone 18 or older.
• Spa services are available by appointment only, but day passes can be purchased without an appointment to use the hot tub, steam room, and sauna.
• The Park MGM Spa collects credit card info when you book your appointment. If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment, you’ll be charged 100% of the service price.
