Golden Nugget Parking: Valet, Self Parking Fees & Map

Golden Nugget parking is easy, accessible, and in many cases – completely free! 

Located downtown, right on the famous Fremont Street, the Golden Nugget offers a prime location to stay, play, and park when you want to live it up on Fremont Street and beyond.

Free Parking at Golden Nugget

There are several ways to get free parking at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas:

• Free self parking for registered hotel guests
• Free valet parking for Elite Card holders
• Validated parking for dine-in restaurants, Usher show, poker room, table games, Premier card holders and up, and shopping

Golden Nugget Valet

There are two valet locations at the Golden Nugget – one at 158 N Casino Center Blvd and the other on Carson Ave and 1st St at the Rush Tower, but this valet is often closed.

Hotel guests who choose valet parking receive free in and out privileges during their stay. If you’re only visiting, you’ll need to pay a new valet fee if you leave and come back, so don’t retrieve your car until you’re sure you’re ready to leave for the day. 

Self Parking Garage

The self-parking garage is six stories tall, which seems like plenty of room until you stop to consider how many people are just visiting Fremont Street and want to park there. 

The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is one of the few properties located in Downtown Las Vegas that offers free self-parking when you book a room and stay at the hotel. 

If you’re heading there on the weekend or on an event day in Las Vegas, the self-parking garage actually gets pretty crowded. 

For non-hotel guests, the fee for the self-parking garage is still reasonable. You’ll pay a flat rate of $10 for up to two hours and then $20 for any amount of time between two and twenty-four hours.

If you’re in the self-parking garage for more than a day, the cost is $20 for each additional 24-hour period or portion thereof. 

You might expect parking to be more expensive when there’s an event, but this hotel really hikes its self-parking fees. Expect to pay $50 for event day parking. 

Validation

While they don’t let everyone take advantage of their free self-parking, there are ways to avoid paying the cost of parking. 

To Golden Nugget’s credit, they basically allow anyone who spends a decent amount of time in their hotel to have their parking validated, so it seems the parking fees are more of an attempt to discourage people from taking advantage and clogging up the self-parking garage to the point there’s no room left for guests to park.

• Cardholders who are Premier, Chairman, or Elite members receive complimentary parking 
• Dining validation from a restaurant within the hotel
• 24K Select cardholders who earn 20 slot points in a single day can receive free parking

• Have a qualifying table play in the casino
• Tickets to the Usher show
• Make a retail purchase at Style & Trend
