Las Vegas Events in September 2025

It’s September 2025 in Las Vegas—the month when it’s still too hot to put away the flip-flops, but the shows are cool and the crowds start getting ever so slightly less “Spring Break Dad” and a little more “Empty Nester Roadtripper.”

We’ve tackled our share of concerts and lost at least one shoe in a theater lobby, so here’s our down-to-earth, been-there take on what’s coming to town this month—no evergreen nonsense, just the special stuff you won’t find every other Saturday.

iHeartRadio Music Festival (get all the details)

When: September 19-20
Where: T-Mobile Arena
What: Mariah Carey, Ed Sheeran, Jelly Roll, Tate McRae, and others. Big arena, big sound, big lineup.
Who: Pop fans, live music lifers, dudes in band shirts and flip-flops

Pro Tip: Wear comfy shoes—the arena is huge.

Bruno Mars at Park MGM
When: September 3-6
Why: Dance and sing along, and wish you still had hair like Bruno. Those moves, though.

Why: Shake your bon-bon like everyone’s watching (they are). Don’t wear tight pants unless you really mean it.

Why: For Gen Z

The Eagles at Sphere
When: September (various dates; part of a four-show residency)
Why: Hear “Hotel California” live, pretend you know all the words, and take advantage of comfortable Sphere seats.

Motley Crue at Dolby Live (Park MGM)

Why: Rock out while secretly Googling “What is a Dr. Feelgood?” in the lobby.

Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band at The Venetian
When: September 17-27
Why: It’s a Beatle! Brag to your friends, even if all you remember is “that submarine song.”

City of Lights SoulFest
When: September 20-21
Where: Clark County Government Amphitheater
What: Outdoor soul, R&B, and picnic vibes—all ages and seating within 100 feet of the stage.
Who: JOE, Musiq Soulchild, Lalah Hathaway, DJ Spark, and more
Cost: $168
Pro Tip: Picnic food and drinks allowed! Kids 12 and under are free.

Jerry Seinfeld at Caesars Palace
When: September 5-6
Why: Jerry’s still got it, and you’ll never look at cereal the same way after.

David Spade & Nikki Glaser at The Venetian
When: September 5-6
Why: That rare combo of snarky and hilarious.

Gabriel Iglesias at The Cosmopolitan

Why: “Fluffy” brings the laughs, and probably some jokes about eating late in Vegas (relatable).

UNLV Rebels vs. UCLA (Football Home Opener)

Why: College football, Vegas style, so yes, nachos everywhere.

The Wizard of Oz Experience at The Sphere

Where: The Sphere
Why: Take in Dorothy, Toto, and “flying monkeys on IMAX steroids.” Good for little ones and adults who grew up loving the movie.

Bugs Bunny at the Symphony at The Smith Center
When: September 27
Where: The Smith Center
Why: The only night we allow “cartoon behavior” at a fancy theater.

Food Festivals

San Gennaro Feast (see our full review)

Where: M Resort, Henderson
What: Vegas’ Italian food festival! Chow down on authentic eats, enjoy live music, dance, and hit the rides. There’s also crafts and fun for all ages.
Who: Foodies, families, anyone who wants to yell “Mangia!”
Cost: $12+ (kids under 54″ free, free parking)
Pro Tip: Save room for cannoli—seriously, it’s worth it.

Las Vegas Greek Fest
When: September 26-28
Where: 5300 S. El Camino Road, Las Vegas
What: Baklava and gyros, live music, church tours, carnival rides
Who: All ages, all carb lovers

Pro Tip: Try the loukoumades, and don’t attempt the Greek dancing after your third ouzo.
