What To Look For in a Las Vegas Miniature Golf Course
Miniature golf courses provide classic fun, but how do you know which to choose? Here’s what you should consider before making your choice.
Difficulty
All of the mini-golf courses in Las Vegas, NV, have various difficulty levels. For instance, Pirates Bounty has several holes that are fairly easy to get a hole in one, whereas at the Rex Center, they have holes that move which increases the difficulty a lot.
You don’t want a course to be too easy where you get bored, but you don’t want it to be too hard for your skill level; otherwise, you’ll get frustrated. Consider the difficulty and your skill level before making your selection.
Decor and Environment
Part of what makes mini-golf, so fun is the environment and wacky decor. Some courses do a great job in this category, like the KISS and Twilight Zone. These mini golf courses add a live DJ, unique decor, and silly interaction to the mini-golf experience taking it to the next level.
Value
Every mini golf course is priced differently. You’ll want to research total pricing for your group at each course so that you know which one gives you the best value. After all, you don’t want to break the bank with some simple putt-putt.
Mini Golf Location
Though many of these mini golf courses are located on or near the Strip, you should always consider location. The logistics of getting to a course can be a lot easier if you can just walk. Otherwise, if you don’t have a rental car, it can be difficult to get to some courses.
Other Things To Do
Speaking of location, once you have made your way to the facility you have chosen, it is really nice if you can make a whole afternoon or evening out of it. Mini golf can be played relatively quickly, so having other things to do in the facility can make it an even better time. Most of the courses on this list have other activities to do once you have putted to your heart’s content.
