Planning a romantic escape doesn’t require emptying your bank account, especially in a city as dazzling as Las Vegas. This 2-night, 3-day itinerary proves you can whisk your sweetheart away for a memorable getaway without breaking the bank, keeping the entire trip under $500 and filled with romance and fun.

Hotel
Paris Las Vegas: 2 nights at $36/night + Resort fees = $206 total (Yes the resort fees are more than the room rate)
Staying at Paris feels like you’re whisking your sweetheart away to France, except without the jet lag and snooty waiters. The Eiffel Tower replica outside your window sets the mood for romance instantly.
Day 1 Itinerary
Grab Lunch and an Unforgettable View
After you check in, head over to Mon Ami Gabi on the main level, and try to score a patio table. That gives you a perfect view of the Bellagio Fountains across the street and primo people watching!

Mon Ami Gabi has a great selection of French food and you can get a nice late lunch for about $25/person (Menu here). Once you settle in, the Fountains start playing, you’ll feel like you’ve really arrived!
Explore the Bellagio
After lunch go across the street to the Bellagio to check out the seasonally changing Conservatory. Here the flowers arranged by people who are clearly overachievers. It’s open 24/7 and its free!

Then walk a little further down the hall to the Bellagio Patisserie to check out the Chocolate Fountain trickling down from the ceiling. It’s kinda fun, close to the Conservatory, and definitely worth a quick selfie. 📸
On your way out of the Bellagio, stop to see the Fountains up close and personal this time. Water dancing to music is somehow still impressive after all these years.
They usually start every 30 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes at night to a new song each time. Check out the Fountain Schedule here.
Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck

Once you get back to your room, freshen up, and are ready to head back out for your first night in Vegas, head over to the Eiffel Tower viewing deck. You can find tickets here for 10% off giving you one of the most romantic experiences for under $55 for the two of you.
Grab a late night bite at Dominique Ansel Marche for a purely French Market experience at reasonable prices.
Day 2 Itinerary: Pools, Wheels, and Belly Laughs
Breakfast on a Budget at Paris
Skip the fancy Bedford by Martha Stewart and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, and head over to Brioche by Guy Savoy for coffee and pastries. The pastries aren’t huge, but hey, you’re saving your calories for later, right?
Pool Time

After breakfast, slip into your swimwear and park yourselves by the Pool á Paris (formerly Soleil Pool). We’ve found that arriving before 10 am usually gets you decent chairs without paying extra for those fancy cabanas that cost more than your car payment.
The pool area isn’t the fanciest on the Strip, but it’s got that touch of European style, and the best part? It’s included with your stay. Bring your own sunscreen unless you enjoy paying $20 for a travel-sized bottle.
High Roller
Once you’ve had enough sun (or when your spouse starts looking like a lobster), head back to the room to freshen up. Then take a leisurely stroll to the nearby LINQ Promenade—it’s only about a 10-minute walk from Paris.

The High Roller observation wheel is impossible to miss—at 550 feet tall, it’s basically screaming “look at me!” The budget-conscious move is to grab those daytime tickets for $19 each (regular price is $37, But we also found a great deal on daytime tickets for only $13 so you’re saving 67%!). The whole rotation takes 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to snap those Instagram-worthy panoramic views.

Promenade Shopping & Snacks
After your High Roller adventure, explore the LINQ Promenade’s shops. Window shopping is free, and those little stores are perfect for killing time without killing your budget.
Dinner Before the Show
For dinner, head to Flour & Barley in the LINQ Promenade. Their brick oven pizzas run about $20-25 and are big enough to share if you’re not absolutely starving.
Laugh the Night Away

Cap off your evening with some belly laughs at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club, also conveniently located in the LINQ Promenade. Tickets typically run $29-$49 per person depending on who’s performing, but there is a special Groupon for $27 here.
We saw Carlos Mencia there last year and nearly had to change our underwear afterward—hilarious! The best part is they have shows starting at 8 pm, perfect for old fogies like us who don’t want to be out until 2 am.
Day 3 Itinerary: One Last Vegas Hurrah
Hotel Checkout
Check out of the Paris by 11am to avoid late charges. Most hotels let you leave your luggage with the bell desk if you’re not immediately heading to the airport, so take advantage of that service.
Egg Works Breakfast Bonanza
Score a hearty breakfast at the Egg Works before heading home. The restaurant is off-Strip, so you’ll need to Uber there (about $10 each way), but the savings make it worthwhile.
This deal gets you a big breakfast for two at 40% off. Our friends Tom and Judy swear this place makes the best omelets in Vegas, and they’ve eaten enough eggs in this town to make a chicken nervous.
With your Groupon, you’ll spend about $20 total for a breakfast that would normally cost twice that.

There you have it—a romantic Vegas getaway that won’t have you eating ramen for the next month. Our last trip cost three times this much because we made the mistake of letting our youngest daughter plan it. “Just one more show, Mom!” Yeah, right. This itinerary is much more sensible while still being tons of fun!
Now get out there and enjoy your affordable adventure in Sin City!
