[toc wrapping=”right”]Across from Buddy V’s in the Venetian Casino & Hotel, Carlo’s Bakery is a little taste of Hoboken, New Jersey in Vegas. For those of us who love watching Carlo’s family run their Italian bakery on television, but can’t justify a cross country trip to Jersey just for a cannoli, Vegas is the perfect place to feel a part of the Valestro family.
Carlo’s Bakery has a wide selection of amazing-looking pastries, cookies, cupcakes, pies, and cakes. We tried the mini cannolis, an eclair, and mini cheesecake. It was all very tasty, and one of the best cannolis I’ve ever had!
The atmosphere is made to look like the Hoboken bakery with cakes up in display cases on the walls, a tiled ceiling, and drop lights.
One of the best surprises of Carlo’s Bakery in Vegas is the on-site glass working bakery where we can see bakers decorating cupcakes and filling cannolis.
After having lunch at Buddy V’s, take the time to grab a few treats to take home or back to the hotel (at least). It’s worth the wait!

Cake Vending Machine Coming Soon
Buddy and the folks at Carlo’s Bakery are bringing a cake vending machine to Harrah’s, right outside his newest restaurant on the Strip – Pizzacake. While we don’t have a launch date yet, they have already opened a cake vending machine in Toronto. It features chocolate, red velvet, rainbow, cookies and cream, vanilla confetti and carrot cake choices, and are restocked throughout the day.

I was very surprised to find a CAKE VENDING MACHINE in the Las Vegas South outlet mall. The Rainbow cake slice made me look at the display & then I purchased the chocolate fudge cake for $8.95. Delicious! & Fun to have a TV Bakery Chef’s cake!!!
I was looking up calories on your website but I can’t find it for the rainbow slices. Could you let me know how many are in them? Thanks!
The Cake Boss’s website doesnt publish the calories, but I did a little searching and found this resource on MyFitnessPal:
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/nutrition-facts-calories/cake-boss
Looks like you can figure at least 300+ calories per slice.
