Celine Dion has had successful Las Vegas residencies for nearly two decades, but she won’t be returning to Las Vegas in 2023 as initially planned. Fans were anticipating a new Las Vegas Residency at Caesars Palace this year until Celine Dion had to make a heartbreaking announcement in 2022 revealing her battle with a rare medical condition, Stiff Person Syndrome. 

It’s hard to say if she will return for another Las Vegas residency in the years to come, but there’s no doubt she helped pave the way for other artists to have successful Las Vegas residencies.

Sting is a 17-time grammy winner who got his start as part of The Police, but his solo career has seen a lot of success over the years too. With a combined 100 million albums sold, it’s safe to say people love Sting!

Luke Bryan brought his talents to the Strip with a Las Vegas residency show at Resorts World Las Vegas.

Planet Hollywood Resort was hosting Miranda Lambert’s Las Vegas residency shows at Zappos Theater. Lambert has been crowned the queen of modern country with a staggering 37 ACM awards!

The residency was named Velvet Rodeo, with many of her iconic hits on the setlist, including “Kerosene,” “Gun Powder n Lead,” “Only Prettier,” and “White Liar.”

Katy Perry

Katy Perry: Play! The Las Vegas Residency is coming to Resorts World Las Vegas with 14 scheduled shows from February to April. Katy Perry is known for putting on big productions with one-of-a-kind stage sets and costumes to match. 

Although this wasn’t the longest residency happening in 2023, it was one of the biggest Las Vegas residencies on the Strip in terms of production value. Get into the spirit of Sin City with a setlist that includes “Waking Up in Vegas,” “TGIF,” and “Firework.”

Dates: February 24, 2023 – December 2, 2023

Usher has seen a lot of success as a singer, songwriter, and A-list celebrity over the years. This eight-time grammy winner will be giving fans a show to remember, with residency dates from February to December. The Usher My Way Las Vegas residency is was at Dolby Live Theatre, formerly Park Theater.

Usher is known for his captivating stage presence and ability to engage the audience throughout the performance. His setlist will include some of his biggest throwback hits like “Yeah!” and “DJ Got Us Falling In Love,” as well as favorites from his newer albums. 

Maroon 5

Maroon 5 Las Vegas Residency

Dates: March 24, 2023 – August 12, 2023

Maroon5 is a pop rock band led by Adam Levine with many big-time hits like “Payphone,” “Sugar,” “Girls Like You,” and “She Will Be Loved.” The band will bring plenty of pop-rock energy to Park MGM’s Dolby Live Theatre in 2023!
