Palms Pool Las Vegas

Palms Pool Las Vegas, better known as Soak Pool, is the perfect place to relax in the sun without battling big crowds. Popular with locals and tourists, this pool has all the amenities you expect in Las Vegas, with a much more relaxed atmosphere than other resort pools.

Guests have many options to lounge by the water in Sin City, but Palms Pool might be one of the most underrated pools around.

Soak Pool

Soak Pool is the main pool area at Palms Casino & Resort. This space features two main pools, plus exclusive plunge pools by the private cabanas. The pool is open to all ages during the week and turns into a 21+ party on weekends. Nevada locals can enjoy 100% free pool entry with a valid ID.

Cabanas and Daybeds

Renting a cabana or daybed is the best way to elevate your Las Vegas pool experience. Making a cabana or daybed reservation is also one of the only ways for non-hotel guests to use the pool.

Daybeds are the more affordable option. A daybed can comfortably accommodate four people, and every reservation includes a dedicated server to fetch all your drink refills and poolside bites. Daybeds are located on the pool deck by the main pools, so they don’t offer much privacy, but you will have a space to call your own for the day.

If you want a more luxurious experience, it doesn’t get much better than your own private cabana with a plunge pool overlooking the main oasis below. A cabana can accommodate up to 8 people. There’s plenty of furniture for lounging, a TV, a dedicated server, a safe for personal items, and exclusive cabana-only drink specials.

Food and Drinks

Palms Pool Food and Drinks

There is a food menu for guests on the pool deck to order from, but the menu is not published online, so we can’t share many specifics. There is one menu item called Atomic Wings that has tons of positive reviews, so we recommend giving them a try when you need a break from the water.

The pool deck also features its own bar with bottle service and an excellent variety of cocktails available. Of course, there are plenty of hard seltzers, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks to order too.

Hours & Location

The Palms pool is currently closed for the winter season and should reopen in March 2025.

The pool is open from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, the pool is open to all ages from 9 AM to 11 AM; then, it becomes a 21 and up pool from 11 AM to close.

Policies

The Palms Pool Las Vegas doesn’t have many policies, but the policies that are in place are similar to those at other Las Vegas pools. Proper swim attire is required to enter the pool deck; anything offensive is prohibited.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, and neither are marijuana products or smoking of any kind. That includes vapes and e-cigs.

Everyone who enters the pool area and their bags are searched to ensure no weapons or banned items enter the pool area. To keep things simple, don’t bring any more than what you need when you’re lounging by the pool.

Laguna Pool

Palms Place, which is connected to Palms Casino & Resort, is a dedicated pool for Palms Place guests who don’t want to use the main resort pool. Palms Casino & Resort guests are welcome to use the Palms Place pool, officially named Laguna Pool.

Laguna Pool is a family-friendly pool all the time, so it’s the perfect spot for families staying at the resort on weekends when the main pool area is 21 and up. The wrap-around pool is smaller than the Soak Pool, but a jacuzzi and super comfortable lounge chairs make up for the difference in size.
