Strip Burger on the Las Vegas Strip is an outdoor burger and chicken bar at the corner of the Fashion Place Mall. Make sure it’s a beautiful day outside since there is no inside seating. I went in February, and it was a little chilly, so our server fired up the outdoor heaters to make us comfortable.
The Burgers
Since I know StripBurger is famous for its Blue Cheese Burger, I ordered the Mini Burger Sampler – which has the Whiskey BBQ Burger, Cheddar Burger, and the Blue Cheese Burger. They were all excellent, but the Blue Cheese Burger with fried onions was my favorite.
My husband ordered the Jalapeno Popper Burger. It came with a roasted Jalapeno on top. While he liked it, he preferred his tastes of the mini burgers on my plate.
New Name
In early 2019, Stripburger became Stripburger and Chicken, and therefore changed their menu, adding an array of new chicken options.

The Shakes
If you like a shake with your burger, then you’ll love the Stripburger’s Adult Shakes. They have amazing out-of-the-ordinary shake flavors with liquor (or without). Choose from a Salted Caramel with Baileys, a Raspberry with Chambord, or a Vanilla Vodka Dreamsicle. And, for the kids, they offer a full selection of all the regular flavors.
Stripburger puts their menu on their placemats, and they have a great selection of burgers, shakes, and cocktails. They even have gluten-free meals! New menus coming soon!
