Note: Tropicana is permanently closed as of April 2nd, 2024.
The Tropicana Las Vegas pool is a luxurious getaway for hotel guests to unwind, relax, and spend some time in the sun. Swim-up blackjack, private cabanas, and an adults-only area are just the start of the fun at Tropicana Pool!
Las Vegas pool season is in full swing, so there’s no time like the present to plan your experience at the Tropicana pool area.
Pool Atmosphere

The pool at Tropicana is bright, tropical, and spread across almost two acres. Lush landscaping surrounds the pool area, including three pools, one of which is an adults-only pool. There are also three hot tubs, flowing waterfalls, and a pool deck surrounded by palm trees.
The pool experience at Tropicana is geared towards adults, although two of the pools allow all ages to swim. Swim-up blackjack, poolside bottle service, and a youthful vibe make the pool at Tropicana a guaranteed good time.

We love resorts with adult-only pools for days when we want true relaxation. Let’s be honest; no one’s ideal version of relaxing poolside involves kids being noisy and splashing the pool deck.
Day Beds & Cabanas

There are comfortable lounge chairs around the pool which are available on a first-come, first-served basis for pool-goers. If you want to make your pool day extra special, daybed and cabana rentals will do the trick!

Daybeds sit poolside with your very own chair and umbrella. If you rent an exclusive cabana, you’ll get to enjoy private seating for 5-8 guests, a mini fridge, and a TV. A cabana is a great place to relax, eat snacks, order drinks, and soak in the amenities of a classic Las Vegas resort.
Food & Drink

Tropicana offers a tasty restaurant and bar menu from their poolside restaurant called Tequila’s In The Dessert. The signature cocktail menu has some of our favorite poolside sips like an Island Mojito, Margaritas, and the Tropicana Gin Smash. There is always a good variety of beer, seltzers, frozen cocktails, wine, and mocktails.

The food from Tequila’s In The Dessert is simple but delicious. Choose from tacos, burgers, salads, burritos, fresh fruit, pizza, and various platters. We highly recommend trying the tequila-infused seasonal mixed fruit!
Hours & Location
The pool is open from 10 AM to 6 PM daily.
The pool is located past the casino floor and Tropicana Theater. If you’re heading towards Island Tower, the pool entrance is on the left-hand side.
