Alexxas Las Vegas offers a lively atmosphere, great food, and delicious cocktails. Although located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel, Alexxa’s is primarily an American restaurant with little touches of French flair. Alexxa’s is open from breakfast until late at night and offers a great lounge that serves specialty cocktails in a vibrant energy atmosphere.
So, what’s our opinion on Alexxa’s, and do we recommend it for a casual meal or date night with cocktails? Here’s our take.
Atmosphere & Vibe

Alexxa’s at Paris Las Vegas is a restaurant that’s known for great service and casual but elevated American cuisine. We think that Alexxa’s offers a great ambiance, whether you’re having a casual meal with friends or want to try something a little different for date night. One of the features that make this restaurant stand out is the spectacular patio dining.
The outdoor seating is right on the famous Las Vegas Strip, so you get one of the best seats in the city for people-watching. The restaurant is located at the base of the Paris Eiffel Tower and sits across the Las Vegas Strip from the Bellagio Fountains, offering unparalleled views of the show at night (as long as traffic on the Strip isn’t too intense).
If you prefer to dine inside, the atmosphere is casual yet elegant. There’s a really good energy to this great place, and the lounge is a super fun, chill spot to enjoy some top-notch cocktails without an uber-pretentious vibe.
Menus
Brunch
At Alexxa’s, breakfast and lunch are all rolled together into one meal – brunch. Instead of offering just a weekend brunch, you can enjoy a delicious early meal any day of the week. The menu offers a good variety of both breakfast and lunch dishes, ranging from savory to almost dessert-level sweet, and it’s all offered at a reasonable price.

Some breakfast highlights of brunch include
- Cinnaroll Waffles with cream cheese frosting, blueberries, raspberries, and candied pecans
- Brioche French Toast with seasonal berries, powdered sugar, and real maple syrup
- Veggie or Meat Omelet with English muffin and home fries
- Chicken & Waffles with pickles and bourbon maple syrup
The more savory portion of the menu focuses on dishes like pizza (the prosciutto & fig pizza is yummy), sandwiches, pasta, and salads.
In addition to the excellent food, one detail that makes brunch at Alexxa’s such a popular spot on the Las Vegas Strip is the bottomless mimosas. Guests can choose from the classic mimosa with orange juice, pineapple juice, or cranberry juice instead.
Brunch is served daily from 7 am until 2:45 pm.
Dinner
One thing about the menu at Alexxa’s is that it isn’t huge, but it really doesn’t need to be. The entire menu is filled with excellent food made from quality sourced ingredients. We think offerings are fairly versatile, too, making Alexxa’s a great place to eat family dinner or hang out with friends.
The famous housemade balloon bread is a must to start the meal. You can get it with different toppings, but we really like the burrata, basil, olive oil, and sea salt combo. For starters, the crab cakes, sticky Korean ribs, and charcuterie board are great.

For entree dishes, the pan-seared salmon served with black lentils and mango avocado chutney is delicious, as is Alexxa’s burger, which is crafted with American Wagyu beef and topped with all sorts of yumminess like bacon jam, garlic aioli, and arugula. There are also a few delicious pasta dishes on the menu if you’re more in the mood for comfort food.
Alexxa’s also offers a special menu on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, you can enjoy charcuterie and sangria — made even better when you choose outdoor dining. On Wednesdays, they offer a prime rib special for only $27.99.
The dinner menu is served daily, beginning at 3 pm. From Sunday through Wednesday, the dinner menu is offered until 10 pm. On Thursday through Saturday, it is served until 11 pm.
Chef’s Tasting Menu

Alexxa’s offers one of the more casual chef-tasting menus of all the restaurants we’ve been to in Las Vegas. The menu is priced affordably at $37.99 and offers an appetizer, entree, and dessert course.
Guests can choose from one of several options for each course, and the selection is impressive. For us, the most challenging decision was what to have for dessert. The choice is between one of the creamiest cheesecakes we’ve tasted and a single-origin chocolate bar that’s made onsite at the Hexx Chocolate factory. We suggest dining with a friend and each choosing something different so you can share.
The Chef’s Tasting menu is available daily from 3 pm until 6 pm.
Cocktail Lounge

Alexxa’s offers their guests fantastic cocktails from their comprehensive beverage program developed by the beverage director, Troy Kumalaa. The handcrafted cocktails include creations like their disco ball cocktails, which are mega massive cocktails (made for sharing!) that are served in giant disco balls.
Specialty handcrafted cocktails include elevated spins on classics, like a salted maple old fashioned or the escape colada. If a mixed drink isn’t your thing, there’s also wine and beer sourced from around the world, so there’s something for everyone at Alexxa’s bar.
The lounge is a great spot to enjoy drinks, kick back, and listen to some live music or tunes spun by one of the best DJs in Las Vegas. We really like that it’s a vibrant atmosphere but doesn’t have the typical club vibe.

FAQs
What is the dress code for Alexxa’s Las Vegas?
The dress code for Alexxa’s at Paris Las Vegas is resort casual. It’s a very relaxed vibe, especially if you choose outdoor seating. However, it’s nice enough that you don’t want to dress “too” casually. Nice jeans or shorts are acceptable, but we’d pass on sweaty athletic wear, swimwear, pajamas, or overly distressed clothing.
How much is Alexxas bottomless mimosa?
The last we checked, the bottomless mimosas at Alexxa’s Las Vegas are just under $30 per person. However, there are some rules. First, there is a two-hour time limit, so no matter how much you love to people-watch and sip on a mimosa, there is a limit to how long you can do so. Also, they’re only available with the purchase of an entree, and you’re probably not going to get the excellent service staff to bring you more than one at a time.
