An Entrance Worth a Double Take
Lisa Vanderpump, reality TV royalty and restaurateur extraordinaire, has unveiled her latest venture: Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo.
True to her flair for the dramatic, guests are greeted by an image of Vanderpump perched side-saddle on a giant pink flamingo, martini in hand, and her impeccably dressed Pomeranian, Puffy, by her side. It’s just the beginning of the cheeky flamingo-themed magic awaiting diners.
Flamingos and Fantasy
Pinky’s is a feast for the eyes as much as the palate. One of the newest Flamingo restaurants, it is a lush mix of emerald green, gold accents, and tropical touches, with flamingos popping up everywhere — statues, cocktail stirrers, tasseled lampshades, and even as a solo garnish in signature drinks (don’t choke!).
Vanderpump and her design partner Nick Alain have created a space that’s equal parts art deco glam and Miami supper club chic.
