The Flamingo Hotel & Casino is located right on the Las Vegas Strip, with a prime location and great restaurants to satisfy its guests and visitors. The selection of restaurants at the Flamingo isn’t huge, but they’ve added several new restaurants that people are raving about.
With a great steakhouse, Mexican cuisine, food with a Cuban flair, a Vanderpump restaurant and bar, and casual spots to grab a bite, the Flamingo isn’t lacking in great dining options for your tastebuds to explore.
Pinky’s by Lisa Vanderpump

Lisa Vanderpump is making a splash with her new restaurant and bar called Pinky’s by Vanderpump which opened in December 2024. See our review of the new restaurant, photos, and menus.
Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse

Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is quite arguably the favorite among Flamingo Las Vegas restaurants. This is a classic steakhouse with an elegant menu that’s also relaxed and comfortable enough for family dining. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse has taken the steakhouse experience and infused it with the tastes, flavors, and ambiance of old classic Las Vegas.
We’re the first to admit that there are some exceptional steakhouses in Las Vegas, but there’s just something special about Bugsy & Meyer’s. Maybe it’s the relaxed elegance or that it doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious in any way. It could also be the menu that includes both wet and dry-aged steaks, along with several other delicious signature entrees. It could be all of these things, but either way, it makes for a delicious, memorable meal.
Bugsy & Meyer’s is also where you’ll find one of the hidden Las Vegas speakeasies called the Count Room. We won’t share too many details with you – after all, discovering all the secrets is part of the fun of exploring Las Vegas speakeasies. We will tell you that they have an elegant bar menu and serve delectable small plates of food.
Bugsy & Meyer’s is open for you to enjoy a delicious steak dinner every night of the week. They’re open for dinner service every night from 5 pm until 10 pm. At this time, Bugsy & Meyer’s is not open for breakfast or lunch service.
Havana 1957

Las Vegas is about to get a slice of 1950s Cuban charm as Havana 1957 opens at the Flamingo on December 26. Taking over the long-vacant Tropical Breeze Café space, this new eatery promises to blend traditional Cuban fare with a modern Vegas twist.
It’s a fitting addition to the Flamingo, where the tropical vibes echo Havana’s mid-century heyday: a city bursting with nightlife, gambling, and indulgence. Part of V&E Hospitality Group’s portfolio — the team behind Cafe Americano and Mercato della Pescheria — Havana 1957 marks their first foray into Cuban cuisine on the Strip.
A Menu to Savor
The offerings at Havana 1957 will feature traditional Cuban-American dishes that capture the bold flavors of the island:
- Cuban Croquettes: Stuffed with creamy ham or chicken.
- Ropa Vieja Empanadas: Flaky turnovers filled with marinated flank steak.
- Cuban Bowl: A hearty mix of roasted pork shoulder, black beans, and rice.
- Cuban Burger: A juicy patty loaded with Cubano sandwich staples like pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles.
Entrée highlights include:
- Pollo Havana 1957: Citrus-marinated roast chicken paired with rice, beans, potatoes, and sweet plantains.
- Black Tiger Shrimp Mojo: Tossed in a zesty citrus scampi sauce.
- La Orquesta Cubana Sampler: A feast of roast chicken, ropa vieja, and roasted pork.
Rum and Cocktails for Days
The beverage menu is a standout with Cuban classics like the Cuba Libre, signature creations like the Cuban Cosmo, and a robust collection of more than 30 rums from across the Caribbean and Central America. Mocktails are also available for those looking to skip the booze but keep the flavor.
Gordon Ramsay Burger

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is at it again, firing up his seventh Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Burger, at the iconic Flamingo Las Vegas. This marks his second burger-centric spot in Sin City, following the success of his original joint at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, which opened back in December 2012.
A Flamingo Feast Awaits
The new 12,000-square-foot eatery isn’t just about flipping patties; it’s a full-on culinary carnival. Designed by DEZMOTIF Studios, the space boasts a massive exhibition kitchen (because who doesn’t love watching their burger sizzle?), an island-style bar that’s basically begging you to socialize, and enough Union Jack accents to remind you that Ramsay’s British roots run deep. Oh, and did we mention the dynamic flame displays? Because nothing says “I’m about to eat something epic” like a side of pyrotechnics.
For those who prefer their dining with a view, the 56-seat open-air patio overlooks the ever-bustling Las Vegas Strip. Anchored by a 25-foot-tall LED column showcasing Gordon Ramsay Burger imagery beneath the famous Flamingo neon, it’s the perfect spot to people-watch while indulging in gourmet goodness.
Burgers, Brunch, and Booze—Oh My!
The menu is a mouthwatering mix of exclusive items you won’t find at Ramsay’s other locations. Highlights include:
- Cluck Yeah GFC (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Sandwich: Crispy chicken tossed in spicy GFC signature sauce, red cabbage slaw, and pickled red onions, all nestled in a special pink brioche bun.
- Full English Breakfast Burger: A nod to Ramsay’s roots, this brunch beast features a sausage patty, HP sauce (a British favorite), roasted mushrooms, sliced tomato, thick-cut bacon, a sunny-side-up egg, and Heinz beans, served with house-seasoned tater tots.
- Benedict Burger: Pork patty, baby spinach, hollandaise sauce, Canadian bacon, and a fried egg, paired with those addictive tater tots.
Thirsty? Sip on the signature Pink Drink, a bubbly blend of Champagne, Absolut Vodka, cassis, raspberry gomme, and a lemon twist, served in a flamingo coupe. Or try The Bloody Blonde, featuring yellow tomato, vodka, pepperettes, and mozzarella balls. For the sweet-toothed among us, a variety of milkshakes and desserts await.
When and Where to Get Your Fix
Located on the casino floor along Las Vegas Boulevard, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Flamingo is now accepting reservations through OpenTable. The 300-seat restaurant is open daily from 10 am to midnight, making it the ideal spot for both early birds and night owls to enjoy a burger masterpiece.
Flamingo Food Hall

What would a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip be without a food court for you to catch a quick bite as you’re making your way from the casino to the big show you have tickets for. The Flamingo’s Food Court isn’t the largest in Las Vegas, but it’s still perfect for grabbing a quick bite and curbing your cravings.
- Johnny Rockets: An American classic where you can enjoy diner-style hamburgers and milkshakes, along with other favorites like chili cheese fries piled high.
- Wingzone: Hot chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and of course every sort of wings.
- Bonnano’s New York Pizzeria: Did someone say pizza? The aroma coming from Bonnano’s will lead the way to the brick oven pizzas and Italian-style pasta dishes, salads, and more.
- Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs: Specialty hot dogs or hot sandwiches.
- Auntie Anne’s: Soft baked pretzels with their distinct flavor and cheese sauce.
