The Miracle Mile Shops is opening a new food court called Miracle Eats in the winter of 2024.

They have announced the first six restaurants:

  • Carnegie Pizza
  • Fat Sal’s
  • Tacotarian
  • Dave’s Hot Chicken
  • Lobster ME
  • Fat Tuesday

Carnegie Pizza, a New York City-based pizzeria, is set to open its first location outside of Times Square in Miracle Eats. The restaurant, which launched in 2020, will bring authentic New York and Sicilian-style pizzas to Las Vegas. Named after the famous Carnegie Hall, the pizzeria prides itself on using traditional family recipes and high-quality ingredients to create its signature slices.

Fat Sal’s, a popular Los Angeles-based sandwich chain, is expanding to the Las Vegas Strip with a new location in Miracle Eats. Known for its over-the-top sandwiches, loaded fries, and creative milkshakes, Fat Sal’s aims to bring its unique and indulgent menu to Vegas visitors. The restaurant promises to deliver a fun and unconventional dining experience that stands out from typical fast-food options.

Tacotarian, a Las Vegas-born plant-based taco shop, is set to open its newest location at Miracle Eats on the Strip. This will mark the second fully vegan restaurant on Las Vegas Boulevard, offering visitors a chance to enjoy popular menu items like the crunchwrap and Takis elote. The eatery, known for attracting both vegan tourists and celebrities, will also serve signature margaritas and Mexican beer, bringing its unique twist on plant-based Mexican cuisine to the heart of Vegas.

Dave’s Hot Chicken, which started as a humble pop-up in East Hollywood, has rapidly grown into a global sensation with over 200 locations worldwide. The restaurant specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken tenders and sliders, complemented by sides like kale slaw, mac and cheese, and french fries. Customers can choose from seven spice levels, ranging from no spice to the daring “Reaper” option, which requires signing a waiver. Each piece of chicken is hand-breaded and spiced to order, ensuring a fresh and customized experience for every customer.

Lobster ME, a Maine-inspired seafood restaurant at Miracle Mile Shops, is set to unveil a refreshed concept at the new Miracle Eats food collective. The updated eatery will feature a revamped menu and a new look, while staying true to its roots in Maine’s lobster fishing tradition. Visitors can expect a range of handcrafted dishes, including signature lobster rolls, coastal favorites, and indulgent sides, all designed to cater to adventurous palates.

Fat Tuesday, the popular frozen cocktail chain originating from New Orleans, is expanding its presence in Miracle Mile Shops with a second location at Miracle Eats. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and signature drinks, Fat Tuesday will offer visitors another spot to enjoy their premium frozen cocktails, including the famous 190 Octane.

Construction is ongoing at the south entrance of the Miracle Mile Shops, but stay tuned for an official opening date sometime in the winter of 2024/25.
