As you enter the main dining room, you’ll notice the glowing chandeliers, red leather banquettes, and light jazz emanating throughout, creating a distinct, romantic environment in a traditional steakhouse. 

The menu follows suit rounding out the vibe with timeless steakhouse fare. On the dinner menu, you’ll find hors d’oeuvres, chilled seafood towers, oysters, steaks, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and sides. 

There is also a separate beverage and dessert menu along with a well-curated extensive wine list.

Some favorites include the Baked Goat Cheese with garlic bread, red sauce, and fine herbs, Bavette’s Spiced Fried Chicken, paired with mashed potatoes and sweet pea and cipollini gravy, and Charred Brussels Sprouts with dijon and parmesan. 

If you would rather start on a lighter note, the Wedge Salad is well-loved. Another favorite entree is the Lamb Chops with roasted garlic and rosemary, which goes great with the White Cheddar Truffle Mac N Cheese. 

Their richly flavorful ribeyes, such as the Classic Chicago Cut Ribeye, are also a fan favorite. They have other cuts, too, like the Butcher’s Cuts with Roasted Bone Marrow or 42 Dry Aged cuts like the Bone-In New York Strip. Other favorites include the Steak Tartare with dijonnaise and a slow-cooked egg and the Petite Duchess Filet Mignon with roasted tomato, bearnaise, watercress, and steak salt.

Bavette’s Steakhouse Bar is located in Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip. As you enter the lobby of Park MGM, you’ll find Bavette’s by passing through the lobby into the casino, where it will be right on the left-hand side. It is close to the Park Theater, making it the perfect dinner spot before your showtime. 

The restaurant is conveniently open seven days a week from 5 to 10 p.m. 

Looking for an intimate, elegant event space in Las Vegas? Look no further than Bavette’s. The restaurant can accommodate a 200 person seated or a 300 guest reception-style event. 

Additionally, they have two private dining rooms and a private reception-style speakeasy parlor. The speakeasy can accommodate 45 guests, while the private dining rooms have 16 and 18 seats for group dining. 

Any party of 13 or more is asked to contact group dining by phone or email as the restaurant only hosts reservations for up to 12.
