In Las Vegas, you can get almost any cocktail you can think of, including over-the-top versions of just about every drink imaginable. One of the most popular drinks often taken to the next level is the classic Bloody Mary. They’re the perfect cure from a night out on the Las Vegas Strip or a nice way to start your day exploring Sin City.

The Making of the Perfect Bloody Mary

Bloody Marys traditionally consist of a combination of vodka, tomato juice, and seasonings with a garnish of celery, olives, or both. There are almost infinite variations, with some people making them with additional inclusions like hot sauce and Worcestershire and toppings that range from bacon to pickles, shrimp, stuffed olives, cheeses, and more.

Many places across the country have begun to craft their own Bloody Mary recipes and top them with extravagant toppings, sometimes even making a meal out of them, but you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere that does it better than Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is the home to several over-the-top Bloody Marys, but here’s where to find the ten best.

Choosing a Bloody Mary in Las Vegas

With so many great Bloody Marys in Vegas, it can be hard to decide which you would like the best. Here are four factors to consider in your decision.

Of course, traditionally, a Bloody Mary has vodka as the base spirit. However, depending on the establishment, they may use tequila or gin as well. If you have a preference for spirits, you should always double-check which liquor the establishment’s recipe contains.

As you have seen, a lot of bars and restaurants are very liberal with the toppings that they garnish their Bloody Marys with. One way to narrow down the options in Las Vegas is to decide whether you would like more traditional toppings or whether creative ones are more your style. Either way, we know it’s going to be delicious.

Create Your Own vs. Recipe

Many of the Bloody Mary hotspots in Las Vegas are more of a create your own option allowing you to choose everything from the spirit to the inclusions and the toppings. These are great if you like the freedom to choose the flavor profile. The other option is to go to an establishment that has a recipe (or a few!), which are developed by professional mixologists. Which is best is simply your preference.

Availability is one of the things to keep in mind when it comes to the best Bloody Marys in Las Vegas. Some establishments only offer theirs during weekend brunch, while others have it on the menu all the time. Depending on your schedule and how long you are in town, this may hinder your options.
