Guy Fieri's Kitchen & Bar in Vegas

Last Updated on October 21, 2022

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar is one of the most creative, casual restaurants on the Strip inside the Linq Hotel with awesome food. It feels like a guy’s (pun intended) hangout with a dark interior, fierce napkin and silverware setting, and Fieri’s definitive flair! It does have a nice view of the Strip with huge windows. There is an outdoor seating area as well if you want to people-watch while you eat. But, since it was 98 degrees when we went in September, we opted for an inside table.

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri has created a unique and fun comfort food menu that everyone in your party will love!

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen Menu

Guy Fieri’s Vegas menu is everything you hope for and expect! It’s big with lots of menu options, without it reading like a novel. The items are named in true Guy Fieri fashion with some of his favorite sayings peppered throughout, like “The Mayor of Flavortown Burger”, “Triple T Fries”, “Morgan’s Gnarly Greek Salad”, and “The Off-Da-Hook Original Smash-Burger”. And, his cocktail menu is just as fun with a good selection of Draft Beer, Frozen Shots straight from a frozen tap system bar (you don’t see that everywhere), and wild cocktails with ingredients as diverse as sweet tea vodka and rock candy syrup. How could you go wrong?!

If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, don’t miss Guy’s Motley Que Pulled Pork Sandwich, which you may have seen on Tripe D.

We took on the Bacon six-cheese Mac and Cheese Burger and the Ultimate Asian Chicken Wraps. First, let me say, that when you’re served mac and cheese burger, with crispy applewood bacon, and onion straws on a Brioche bun with Guy’s famous Donkey Sauce with a suspended hammock of fries on a cutting board, you feel like you’ve died and gone to Heaven! And, it was every bit as tasty as it looked.

The Ultimate Asian Chicken Wraps were also tasty, but a bit messy. You could make your own with Thai chicken skewers and Chinese minced chicken with a selection of sauces. The spring rolls were a nice addition, too!

Service & Prices

The first time we went to Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen, the service was attentive, without over-doing it. On the second and third visits, the hostess was overwhelmed and on edge. The waitstaff was a little too busy to be as helpful and attentive as you’d like, but it was fine.

Prices were reasonable (for the Vegas Strip), and the food was some of the best you can find. Make sure you bring quite an appetite because the portions are large, so you could easily share an entree with a friend.

Guy Fieri’s Breakfast

The real surprise was Fieri’s breakfast menu. It had a nice selection of signature items – the favorites, of which, being the Chicken Fried Bacon Biscuits & Gravy and the Maple Bacon French Toast.

Guy complements his Breakfast Menu with a Choose Your Own Adventure style of Bloody Mary Menu, where you choose your liquor, your level of fire, your protein, and five garnishes. The perfect hangover recovery!

Modern Billing

When you get the bill at the end of your meal, you’ll notice its delivered to you in an iPod digital form. When you make your payment, you are asked to take a survey on the iPod, which is a modern way to gather feedback from its patrons. I like this idea, and I was happy to fill out the survey.
