Las Vegas is not only one of the most fun cities, but it is also one of the best places to find some fantastic food crafted by some of the greatest chefs.
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri is one of those chefs making waves in the Vegas culinary scene with Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho, his ghost kitchen Flavortown Chicken, and Chicken Guy! Which has a Las Vegas location coming soon.
Each of Guy Fieri’s Las Vegas Restaurants brings a special touch to Las Vegas eats.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar is located in the LINQ hotel and casino at the heart of the infamous Las Vegas Strip. It is a casual yet modern restaurant that will take you right to Flavortown. Inside boasts a dark, moody feel with edgy details modeled after Guy Fieri’s home, while the 6,500 square foot open-air patio is surrounded by the atmosphere of the Vegas Strip.
The menu is packed with tasty options. You’ll find several dishes named with odes to some of his iconic sayings, such as the Triple T Fries. Don’t worry, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar also has a version of the famous Trash Can Nachos. Finish your meal with Guy’s Cheesecake Challenge, a mountain of cheesecake topped with hot fudge and an unusual twist, or with a selection from the full-service bar.
Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho
In its literal translation, Guy Fieiri’s El Burro Borracho means “drunken donkey,” which is fitting for the establishment’s fun atmosphere, especially on Tuesdays when you can get all-you-can-eat tacos, margaritas, and beer. It’s located in the Rio Hotel and Casino, within walking distance of the Strip. The decor provides plenty to explore while you sip, eat, and talk the night away.
Though the all-you-can-eat specials are their own claim to fame, Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho is also sought after for the original trash can nachos, served in an actual mini trash can! The trash can nachos include the authentic Mexican flavors you expect stacked up high in a trash can and dumped over for a mountain of mouthwatering goodness.
Also on the menu are other more authentic Mexican dishes with an upscale twist, such as enchiladas and fajitas, complete with signature salsa and sauces. Round off your meal with a tequila flight and house-made churros or fried ice cream.
Please keep in mind that Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho is temporarily closed at the time of this writing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please see the official restaurant website for updates on re-opening.
Flavortown Kitchen
Flavortown Kitchen is the brainchild of Guy Fieri, Virtual Dining Concepts, and Robert Earl. In the ghost kitchen wave that came about during the COVID-19 pandemic, Guy Fieri wanted a way to bring his favorite dishes to fans at home, and that is how Flavortown Kitchen came to be.
It is called a ghost kitchen because there is no physical location of Flavortown Kitchen itself, but rather the unique recipes are prepared in the kitchens of two other restaurants in Las Vegas and then delivered to the customer at home.
Customers can order Flavortown Kitchen from Buca di Beppo or Brio Tuscan Grill located on West Lake Mead Boulevard and Town Square, respectively. Flavortown Kitchen is also available for delivery through third-party delivery apps, including DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, GrubHub, and Seamless.
It is important to note that if you visit Buca di Beppo or Brio Tuscan Grill in person, you will not be able to order off the Flavortown Kitchen menu. They are for delivery only.
Though the menu is slim compared to some of Guy Fieri’s other Vegas restaurants, it still has all of the Mayor of Flavortown’s favorites, such as extravagant burgers, bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers, cheesesteak egg rolls, bourbon brown sugar buffalo wings, Flavortown fries, and more.
Chicken Guy!
Chicken Guy! is a counter-service restaurant chain designed and owned by Guy Fieri which has a location opening in Las Vegas. It is coming soon to the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets and will be Guy’s fourth restaurant in Vegas.
Chicken Guy!, appropriately to its name, specializes in fried and grilled chicken tenders. You can order the tenders as a standalone meal or as a part of sandwiches with toppings like bacon and avocado crema.
Paired with the crispy or grilled chicken is one dipping sauce from a selection of 22 options, including Guy’s famous donkey sauce, a mayo-based concoction with roasted garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, and mustard. The donkey sauce is the classic, but other dips include wasabi honey and a hot and spicy collection. Sign up for the Sauce Squad to receive two additional sauces every visit.
