Superfrico is an Italian-American restaurant with eight unique spaces inside and a Las Vegas house party atmosphere. The menu is designed to engage all of your senses with exciting new twists on Italian classics. The entire dining experience will keep you guessing with new excitement around every corner. Superfrico opens at 5 PM daily and stays open late, with the exact closing time varying depending on how busy the restaurant is that night. 

Overlook Grill

Located adjacent to the Boulevard Pool, Overlook Grill is a casual spot serving up classic breakfast, brunch, and lunch items. Overlook Grill is an outdoor dining experience just steps away from the pool, so you can satisfy your cravings without leaving the pool complex. The restaurant is open from 8 AM to 3 PM daily. 

Wicked Spoon

Wicked Spoon is a market dining experience that’s similar to a buffet but so much better! There’s a good selection of familiar favorites and creative new recipes to try. Wicked Spoon is a big hit with all ages, so you can expect to see plenty of families dining! Bottomless beverage packages are an excellent addition if you want a true Las Vegas-style brunch. Bang Bar by Momofuko

Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex was opened by TAO Group and world-renowned restauranteur Chris Santos. The menu consists of sharable plates and hand-crafted cocktails. A pawn-shop-inspired storefront gives this restaurant a speakeasy vibe, with dining tables situated in realistic jewelry box rooms. Beauty & Essex is open from 5 PM to 10:30 PM daily, with cocktail hour from 6 PM to 7 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. 

China Poblano

Chef Jose Andreas has brought the flavors of Mexico and China together to create a place for two cuisines to live in harmony. This is not a fusion restaurant but rather a restaurant that celebrates both cuisines on the same menu. China Poblano is open from 11 AM to 10 PM on Sunday to Thursday and 11 AM to 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. 

Eggslut

Celebrate a love for eggs with the innovative Eggslut menu! This restaurant serves chef-driven, gourmet food that’s easy to take on the go. Eggslut is open from 7 AM to 2 PM Monday to Thursday and 7 AM to 3 PM Saturday and Sunday. 

Holsteins

Holsteins Shakes & Buns is the Las Vegas version of an iconic American burger and shake restaurant. With gourmet burgers, alcoholic milkshakes, and tons of funky recipes, Holsteins is undeniably fun! The life-size neon pink cows make a perfect background for your next profile picture, too. Holsteins is open from 11 AM to 10 PM daily. 

Jaleo

Experience signature Spanish tapas from Jose Andreas at Jaleo inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Jaleo saw great success in Washington, D.C., but we think this Las Vegas outpost is even better! Jaleo is open for dinner service from 5 PM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday and 5 PM to 11 PM Friday and Saturday. 

Momofuku

Momofuku by David Chang got its start in 2004 in NYC, and the vision has not stopped growing since. The contemporary American cuisine menu crafted by world-class chefs features things like steamed buns, noodles, meat, seafood, and daily specials like their famous fried chicken with caviar. 

Momofuku is open for lunch daily from 11 AM to 3 PM. Dinner service is from 5 PM to 10 PM Sunday to Wednesday and 5 PM to 11 PM Thursday to Saturday.

Red Plate

A Cantonese menu with authentic Chinese ingredients and cooking techniques creates an unparalleled dining experience for those who want to experience traditional flavors. Roasted meats, hot pots, and handmade dim sum are just the start of the delicious dishes to try at Red Plate. The restaurant is open from 5:30 PM to 10 PM, Thursday to Sunday. 

Scarpetta

Scarpetta is an Italian restaurant that focuses on seasonal ingredients and bold, fresh flavors. Pasta is made in-house daily, and ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible. The menu may seem simple at first glance, but that simplicity is what makes authentic Italian food so good! Scarpetta is open from 5:30 PM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday and 5:30 PM to 11 PM Friday and Saturday. 

STK

STK is a sexy Las Vegas steakhouse with an in-house DJ, a classic American menu, and a long list of celebrity customers. The bustling atmosphere is impossible not to love, and the only thing better is the delicious food. STK is open from 4 PM to 11 PM Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to Midnight on Friday, and 11 AM to midnight on Saturday and Sunday. 

Tekka Bar

Indulge in fresh hand rolls and a huge sake selection at Tekka Bar. All handrolls are made to order, and Tekka is famous for its house-made spicy sauce. Tekka Bar is open from 11 AM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday and 11 AM to midnight Friday and Saturday. 

Zuma

Zuma by Rainer Becker is a modern Japanese restaurant that serves from three kitchens with dishes that are designed for sharing. New menu items arrive throughout the meal for a true izakaya experience. Zuma is open from 5:30 PM to 11 PM Sunday to Thursday and 5:30 PM to 12 AM Friday and Saturday.

The Ski Lodge is a cabin-style ski lodge with sophisticated and tasty cocktails and some of the most underrated pizzas in all of Las Vegas. Located in the Chelsea Tower at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the lodge opens at 4 PM daily.

The Chandelier

The Chandelier is a multi-level lounge, with each level offering a unique experience. The first level is open 24 hours a day, while level 1.5 is open from 5 PM to 2 AM daily, and level 2 is open from 11 AM to 3 AM Monday to Thursday and 9 AM to 3 AM Friday to Sunday. 

Ghost Donkey

Ghost Donkey Tequila & Mezcal Lounge serves a huge selection of Mezcal with tasting flights, craft cocktails, classic Mexican spirits, and tasty snacks like truffle nachos. Ghost Donkey is open from 4 PM to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 4 PM to 2 AM Friday and Saturday. 

Vesper

Neon accents, mirrored tiles, and gilded gold create a contemporary, classic Las Vegas vibe. Open 24 hours a day, Vesper brings a diverse customer group and is known as a place to see and be seen. 

Bet MGM Sportsbook & Lounge

If you’re into sports betting, Bet MGM is the best bar and lounge at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Place your bets while watching all the biggest sporting events with fellow sports lovers and order from an extensive bar menu. Bet MGM is open from 10 AM to Midnight Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 4 AM Friday, 8 AM to 4 AM Saturday, and 9 AM to 4 AM Sunday. 

Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub

With a 60,000-square-foot pool deck, a rooftop patio, and some of the best DJs from around the world, Marquee is a Las Vegas pool party like no other. All guests must be 21 years old or older, and reservations are highly encouraged. 

Book a poolside cabana or daybed with a reservation fee that doubles as a food and beverage minimum! Use your food and beverage credits while you watch the entertainment; don’t worry, it won’t take long to hit the minimum spend amount. 

OPM

OPM is an intergalactic entertainment venue with acrobatics, comedy, out-of-this-world beauty, and more. The entire experience is 75 minutes long, and flight attendant-inspired wait staff will bring all the cocktails, pizza, and ice cream you crave during the show. The OPM show is only suitable for ages 18 and up. 

OPM will have its last show on December 31, 2023. It’s unknown what will be replacing the show in 2024.

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails

The Barbershop is a functional barbershop and prohibition-era speakeasy in one. There’s an extensive whiskey selection, professional barbers, and live entertainment at 10 PM on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. 

CliQue

CliQue is an imaginative artisanal cocktail bar with an avant-garde concept that was a much-needed addition to Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. In addition to drinks, there’s a shareable food menu, tableside mixology, and live nightly entertainment. 

The Chelsea

The Chelsea is a 40,000-square-foot entertainment venue with an impressive list of music and comedy acts booked for 2023. There’s a lobby bar, grand staircase, showstopping chandelier, and more over-the-top features throughout the entertainment space. 

Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has a large pool district with three distinct pool areas. Boulevard Pool looks out onto the Las Vegas skyline with a vibrant atmosphere. Chelsea Pool is a relaxing dessert-inspired oasis, and Marquee is the Las Vegas pool party you’ve been searching for! 

Pool access is reserved for Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hotel guests and non-hotel guests with a poolside reservation. Boulevard and Chelsea pools are family-friendly, but minors need adult supervision. Guests can also enjoy Sahra Spa & Salon, which can handle all your pampering needs. Book a massage, skincare service, or salon service and unwind as you escape from the hectic Las Vegas Strip. 

The casino at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas may not be what the resort is best known for, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good casino! There are more than 1,300 slot machines in the 100,000-square-foot casino, plus a selection of classic table games like blackjack, roulette, craps, and baccarat. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows look out onto Las Vegas Boulevard, adding to the luxurious atmosphere. 

Resort Fees

All guests at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be charged a resort fee of $50 per day, plus tax. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi access, unlimited local and long-distance phone calls, and 24-hour access to the fitness center and tennis court. 

Dog Policy

If you have a pup to bring on your trip to Sin City, you can bring them to Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! The current pet policy allows up to two dogs per room with no breed or size limits. There’s a nightly fee of $100 plus tax per dog. If you plan to bring a dog, tell hotel staff before making a reservation to ensure you book a pet-friendly room. 

Cosmopolitan has an underground self-parking garage that is accessible via Harmon Avenue. If you prefer to valet, the valet parking drop-off area is accessible from the same road. Self-parking is free for those with a Sterling rewards status or higher, while Gold status or higher is required for free valet parking. 

As of 09/20/2023, hotel guests at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas do not receive complimentary parking unless they meet the required rewards status. There is a Tesla charging station available via the valet and wheelchair-accessible parking inside the parking garage. 

Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is located just south of Bellagio on Las Vegas Boulevard. The resort consists of two high-rise towers and an underground parking garage. There’s a walkway located behind Wicked Spoon that can take you directly into Vdara or Bellagio.
