Zuma Las Vegas Menu
Sushi and Sashimi

Zuma Las Vegas has a great-tasting menu all around, but the restaurant is best known for its sushi and sashimi. The sashimi selection includes familiar favorites like yellow tail, sea bass, and tuna, as well as more adventurous options like sea urchin and Hokkaido scallops.
The sushi menu continues with signature, maki, and chef-selection rolls. Sushi tends to be a very personal dish when it comes to what flavors you like, but we wanted to highlight some of the customer favorites at Zuma.
The Pirikara Hamachi maki roll is a spicy tuna roll with green chili, spicy mayo, and tobiko. The Chirashi maki roll is great when you can’t decide because it’s filled with salmon, tuna, seabass, hamachi, avocado, and yuzu kosho mayo.
There are two types of Zuma Special Rolls; each order includes 2 pieces. The first is a roll with wagyu beef sushi, daikon, and black truffle for $32. The second has salmon nigiri torched for $22.
Snacks & Soups

Soups are an integral part of traditional Japanese cuisine, so don’t overlook this section of the menu at Zuma Las Vegas. Excite your taste buds with a spicy miso soup, or keep things classic with a white miso soup that features tofu.
Snack options include simple salted edamame and more extravagant items like wagyu gyoza with black truffle. The crispy fried calamari with serrano pepper and lime is a customer favorite, as well as the fried softshell crab with wasabi mayonnaise.
Snacks and soups start at $11 and go up to $42, so there’s something to fit any budget.
Salads & Cold Dishes

Salads and cold dishes are a wonderful option if you want something light and refreshing at Zuma. The avocado and asparagus salad with lemon honey dressing is a tasty vegan option, while the sliced seabass sashimi with yuzu, truffle, and salmon roe is ideal for fresh seafood lovers.
These salads and cold dishes range quite a bit in price from as low as $12 up to $36.
Tempura & Robata

Robata, short for Robatayaki, directly translates to “fireside cooking.” Food is cooked to perfection over hot coals using this ancient cooking method that has clearly stood the test of time.
Zuma guests can order robata skewers or choose specific meat, seafood, and vegetables to be cooked on the robata grill. These selections can be anything from sweet corn with shiso butter and shichimi for $16 to dry-aged tomahawk steak with black truffle and soy for $235.
Tempura is another cooking method that’s been around for centuries but is still used in modern Japanese cuisine. Tempura typically includes seafood and Japanese vegetables that have been coated in a light batter and then deep-fried to form a crisp exterior.
You can try assorted tempura vegetables for $24, rock shrimp with chili tofu for $31, or 1 ½ pounds of lobster with spicy ponzu and wasabi mayonnaise for $87.
Signature Dishes

There are six signature dishes for those who want a true entree with their meal, but it’s not hard to fill up on sushi, sashimi, and side dishes alone!
One of the most popular signature dishes is a rice hot pot with mushrooms, Japanese vegetables, and black truffle for $72. Pricey, yes, but absolutely delicious!
Black cod marinated in saikyo miso and wrapped in a hoba leaf is a more affordable signature dish at $51. In fact, it’s the second cheapest option, coming in just behind the baby chicken marinated in barley miso for $39.
Other signature dishes include spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy for $64 and the 8 oz ribeye steak with wafu sauce and garlic crisps for $47. If you really want to indulge, try the roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter, priced at $87 per serving.
Drinks

The drink list at Zuma does not disappoint. It’s designed to match the elegant and sophisticated environment, and it does exactly that. The drink list includes a huge selection of sake, Japanese beer, red, white, rose, and sparkling wines. The real magic starts when you look at the world-class cocktails, though!
All of the cocktails at Zuma are crafted to perfection with high-quality ingredients, so it’s hard to pick a favorite. The Japanese Old Fashioned, Raspberry Passion fruit martini, and Zuma Mai Tai are a few of our favorites, though!
Zuma also has a handful of non-alcoholic mocktails that look just as stunning as their cocktails.
