They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and that can’t be more true in Las Vegas. Before you head out for adventures lasting all day and night, stop at one of these 8 places to get breakfast on Fremont Street.
For a classic, no-frills breakfast, head over to Binion’s Cafe. For a cool coffee shop vibe, you have to check out PublicUs. And for a truly fun brunch, Park on Fremont never does us wrong! Let’s get into it.
Siegel’s 1941

- Address: 600 E. Fremont St. in El Cortez Hotel & Casino
- Hours: Open 24/7, Breakfast Served All-Day
Siegel’s 1941 is a restaurant bringing the vibes of old Las Vegas back. It is classic yet elevated. You’ll find it in the El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas.
Inside, the walls are adorned with historical Las Vegas memorabilia, and the classic red booths pop against the black-and-white color scheme.
Reservations are not required for breakfast but are recommended if you are going during peak dinner times. Otherwise, feel free to stop by anytime since Siegel’s 1941 is open 24/7.
We’ve included the all-day breakfast menu below which has a lot of our favorite breakfast food and at a decent price. It is important to note, though, that Siegel’s 1941 is really known for the Prime Rib Special coming in at just $16.95, a steal in Las Vegas. So, you may just have to make a stop for breakfast and dinner.
In addition to excellent food, Siegel’s 1941 has a well-rounded cocktail menu and a decadent dessert menu. If you are looking for recommendations, our picks from the dessert menu include the Bourbon Bread Pudding or the Apple Cobbler, and on the cocktail menu, you can’t go wrong with the Espresso Martini. Who says you can’t have dessert and a cocktail at breakfast while in Las Vegas?!
Park On Fremont

- Address: 506 Fremont St.
- Hours: Brunch: Fri – Sun: 11 am – 3 pm
Park On Fremont is your go-to fun brunch hot spot on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. Its all about fun garden vibes, gooey burgers, craft beer, and silly gnomes. They really pull out all the stops for their weekend brunches, as there is always a theme and a live DJ to keep the day party going.
Saturdays are their Butterfly Brunch where you’ll have a specialty cocktail menu, fun glasses, and fans to keep you cool, and an exclusive butterfly theme menu. On Sundays, you’ll get the Bottomless Mimosas with multiple flavor combinations combined with their Burger Brunch. Trust us, there isn’t a better hangover cure than a mimosa and a big, fat, juicy burger!
We have included their main menu below so you can peruse it before you go. Brunch is Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. While reservations are not required, they are recommended. The dress code is casual, but leave the swimwear and athletic attire at home.
Oh, and it’s also important to mention that while the front patio is open for all ages, the party is in the back, and it is 21+ only!

PublicUs
- Address: 1126 Fremont St.
- Hours: Daily 7 am – 3 pm
PublicUS is an elevated neighborhood coffee shop serving up unique, handcrafted beverages and their twist on breakfast. If you want to feel like a local and love a mix-match vintage vibe, we love this place.
We have included the menu below for you to browse, but our recommendations include the Chilaquilee Verdes or the Brioche Frenchie Toast paired with the Cafe Horchata. Though we have to say, we have never had a bad meal here. And the prices are excellent for the area.
Get breakfast in one of our favorite spots daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are not required. We also love sitting on the patio when it is nice out!
Binion’s Cafe

- Address: 128 E. Fremont St.
- Hours: Daily 7 am – 1:30 am
Binion’s Cafe is a go-to, no-frills breakfast located right in the heart of Binion’s Casino. Our favorites include the Binion’s Hangover Burger or the Country Fried Steak & Eggs.
You won’t find any fancy DJ or crazy menu items here, just a good down-home breakfast, which is really all we want sometimes. Not to mention that the prices are some of the lowest on the list for the portions you get.
Breakfast is served at Binion’s daily from 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., so no matter when that pancake craving hits, Binion’s Cafe always has your back. Reservations are not required. Oh, and we can’t forget to mention that we always get friendly, fast service here, which can be hard to find these days.
Downtown Terrace

- Address: 707 E Fremont St., Suite 1170 in Container Park
- Hours: Brunch: Fri to Sun 9 am – 3 pm
Anytime Breakfast 11 am – 7 pm
The Container Park is a popular area in Downtown Las Vegas for entertainment, music, and good food. Downtown Terrace is a full-service restaurant in Container Park offering a modern menu and a birds-eye view of the action. On the weekends, they host brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., but you can get breakfast any day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Inside, the restaurant has walls of windows, so everything is bright and clean. You can also sit out on the terrace, which is personally our go-to spot, especially when the weather is good.
So what do we order? Well, we love to mix it up here, but one of our favorites is the Chicken and Waffle Sliders paired with a build-your-own cocktail. The build-your-own cocktails are super fun as you get to pick between a mule, margarita, or mojito, then customize your spirit, herb, and infusion. There are endless combinations!
We’ve given you the full menu below.
Bacon Nation

- Address: 301 E Fremont St at The D Hotel
- Hours: Thurs – Mon: 7am – 2pm
Besides having an iconic name, Bacon Nation lives up to its name, claiming to serve “The Best Bacon in Town”!
Well, we tested it, and we have mixed feelings. The bacon was good, and the food was solid, but unfortunately, we did have to wait for a table, and the service was slow and cold.
Despite this, Bacon Nation made our list because the atmosphere is fun, the menu is highly customizable and extensive, and they do have all the elements of brunch that we love. For the record, I got the Breakfast Bowl with chopped bacon and the Bacon Bloody Mary and would order it again!
You can also make reservations (we didn’t), so we highly recommend doing that or at least don’t forget to bring your patience.

Denny’s
- Address: 450 Fremont St. at Neonopolis
- Hours: Open 24/7
If you’re looking for an affordable, classic breakfast, you can’t go wrong with Denny’s.
Everyone knows and loves it, and the Original Grand Slam for under $10 is probably one of the cheapest breakfasts you will find in Las Vegas.
Denny’s is located at Neonopois and has a fun yellow design that you can’t miss.
It’s also open 24/7, so you never have to worry about waking up too late, and of course, no reservations are required.

IHOP
- Address: 2700 E Fremont St.
- Hours: 24/7
IHOP is another breakfast spot that everyone knows and loves. Luckily, there is a location in Downtown Las Vegas. Again, it is affordable, classic, and open 24/7.
Reservations are not required, and sometimes, you just can’t beat a stack of pancakes from IHOP.
