Café Americano Menu
Menu Highlights
Breakfast all day:
- Carrot Cake French Toast – sugar coma but worth it.
- Birria Benedict – shredded beef + chipotle hollandaise = messy glory.
- Barbacoa Chilaquiles – towering, saucy, and praised by late-night adventurers.
Anytime plates:
- Cuban Sandwich with fries – crunchy press, solid pork power.
- Baja or Mahi Tacos – flavor depends on the chef’s mood; some reviewers loved them, others called them “Gordon’s Fish Sticks”.
- Calamari & Chicken Wings – surprise hit for heat-seekers.
Sweet stuff & sips:
- Applewood-smoked bacon wins cult status (one guest called it “mind-blowing”).
- Craft cocktails run Strip-standard prices; safe bet is the mojito or a giant Bloody Mary if you’re brave.
Breakfast
Café Americano is best known for its breakfast menu, and we can see why! With a fresh juice bar, iced and hot espresso drinks, and a mimosa, you’ll fall in love with this menu before plates of food ever hit your table. Also, the prices are right.
If you prefer to indulge in something a little healthier, the blueberry yogurt granola bowl and avocado toast is a great choice! There’s also steel-cut oatmeal, available plain or with fruits and nuts on top.
The omelets are just the right fluffy texture, made with three eggs. Choose from a veggie, steak, and mushroom, meat lovers, or Denver omelet. If you want something you can eat on the go, a handheld Americano Breakfast Sandwich or Burrito will be the perfect fit.
There’s also a bacon, avocado, and egg sandwich, which we can’t get enough of! All omelets, sandwiches, and burritos are served with a side of house potatoes.
The L.E.O. toast has smashed avocado, smoked salmon, pickled red onions, poached eggs, and lemon oil. Fun Fact: Lemon oil is made from peels with no oil or lemon juice added.
The menu continues with buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, and French toast bombs filled with almond cream. Have eggs the way you like with an American Breakfast, or try a globally-inspired dish like Brisket Chiaquiles or eggs benedict with Canadian bacon. Add a side of house potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, salmon, or more to any meal.
Lunch & Dinner
The lunch and dinner menus are technically separate at Café Americano, but there are a lot of similarities, so we decided to group them into the same category for this review.
Start your meal with crispy calamari or empandas as an appetizer. Appetizers start at $18 and are ideal for sharing, so you can try more than one!
There are classic Italian pasta bowls, super fresh salads, steaks, pork chops, tacos, pizza, burgers, and seafood, so it’s safe to say there’s plenty of variety! The menu really does have a little bit of everything, which is a nice change from other restaurants with very limited, niche menus.

Late Night Menu

The late-night menu is a curated collection of all the best items from the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. The number of menu items to choose from is significantly less, but there are plenty of great dishes to satisfy your late-night cravings.
Location & Hours
There’s never a bad time to dine because it’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s always time to eat at Cafe Americano! Paris Las Vegas is home to this restaurant, conveniently located off the casino floor.

You can book reservations if you want to avoid the wait. And they even have a grab n go menu called Xpresso featuring bakery items, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and drinks.
Our Verdict
We keep Café Americano on our “Plan B” list. When every celeb chef spot is booked or it’s 2 am and our stomachs are throwing dice, we roll in for bacon, birria, and a side of people-watching. Just budget extra for that latte, manage your expectations on speed, and maybe pack a lucky napkin—service can be a gamble.
