Garden Buffet at South Point
Overall Cheapest Las Vegas Buffet
The South Point buffet wins our overall title of the cheapest Las Vegas buffet because while you can find cheaper options here and there depending on the time of day, this is an affordable option for every meal, with most of the same offerings you’ll find anywhere else.
Some of the highlights are the included alcoholic beverages on specific nights, such as the Weekend Champagne Brunch, serving up prime rib and bottomless mimosas, and Friday Seafood Night, where you’ll get two glasses of wine or draft beer. The Prime Rib Dinner featuring peel-and-eat shrimp is also a favorite.
No matter when you go, whether that’s for a weekday breakfast or a weekend brunch, you’ll find six live-action stations where food is cooked fresh: salads, soups, desserts, and all of the fixings inspired from around the world.

For instance, on the breakfast menu, you’ll find a Loco Moco Station and made-to-order omelets, and for lunch and dinner, one of the stations is always Italian! Oh, and breakfast during the week always includes bottomless Bloody Marys!
This is one of the few buffets in Las Vegas still serving up deliciousness for three meals every day of the week. Pricing starts at just $16.95 per adult for breakfast, while the prime rib dinner will only set you back $28.95. Seafood Night is more expensive at $49.95 per person, though that is still much cheaper than even regular dinners at some of the others.
Want an extra way to save? Southpoint Club Members get $2-$5 off per person, depending on the time you go. For example, breakfast is only $13.95 for Club Members!
A.Y.C.E Buffet at Palms Casino & Resort
Cheapest Seafood Buffet
Though the Southpoint Garden Buffet is technically cheaper for a seafood dinner, A.Y.C.E is a much better value for the price and, therefore, is our winner for the cheapest seafood buffet.
Though you might find a small smattering of seafood on other nights, the Lobster Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday nights, as well as the Prime Rib & Snow Crab Dinner on Friday nights, is where the Palms highlights all of their seafood offerings.

They also have a great price on the regular brunch buffet at $32.99, and it’s a better buffet than the other cheap Strip buffets like Excalibur, Luxor, MGM Grand, and Circus Circus, which are all about the same price.
Market Place Buffet
Cheapest Kid’s Buffet
The Market Place Buffet at the Rampart Casino at the Resort at Summerlin is unique in the fact that they have patio dining, six live cooking stations, and draft beer and wine all in one place. Some others have one or two of these, but Market Place is the only one with all of the above.
It is also our top choice for the cheapest kid’s meals. This is because not only do they consider children to be anyone 12 years old or younger, unlike most that end at 10 or 11, but you’ll also never pay more than $18.99 for a kid’s buffet, no matter the time of day or day of the week. In fact, a kid’s lunch at Market Place is only $13.99. It’s one heck of a deal!

Some of our favorites on the menu include Achiote chicken, pork buns, artichoke salad, pot stickers, and pork belly. To finish off your meal, our taste buds love the cherry cobbler or pecan pie.
Cheapest Buffets on the Las Vegas Strip
You usually associate Las Vegas Blvd with high prices, but you can find some cheap buffets on the Strip.
Excalibur Buffet
Excalibur offers a medieval theme and, like Fresh Buffet, has a weekday brunch for just under $30. They do put more effort into their weekend brunch, which is why it comes in at a slightly higher price of $32.99.
Now, we have to admit it is known just to be one of the average Las Vegas buffets, as many of the affordable options are. However, you’ll still get everything you expect, like a carving station, a dessert area for those with a sweet tooth, and classic staples from around the world.

MGM Grand Buffet
Another affordable option, MGM Grand Buffet, offering brunch every day. It is slightly higher priced than the one at Excalibur, with a weekday brunch coming in at $28.99 and a weekend brunch costing $37.99.
You’ll find a variety of meats at a carving station, like roasted turkey, a salad bar, and all of the normal selections. They also have crab legs and steamed shrimp on the menu.

Reviews often mention that while the service is great, occasionally, the food is not as fresh as they would like. For this reason, we recommend going at standard meal times like 8 a.m. and noon since that is when the food is typically freshest.
Buffet at Luxor
The Luxor Buffet has all the basics you’d expect at a Vegas brunch buffet. There are plenty of standard breakfast items, an omelet station, a carving station with several kinds of sausage, prime rib, ham, and turkey, a seafood station, and desserts.
Prices start at $30.99 for adults during the weekdays and up to $33.99 on weekends. Kids ages 5 to 11 are $17.99 on weekdays and $18.99 on weekends.
They do offer a unique pricing discount for Nevada residents, so locals will save about $3 per person.

Weekday Brunch | Adult: $30.99 | Wed & Thur: 8am - 2pm |
Weekend Brunch | Adult: $36.99 | Fri - Sun: 8am - 2pm |

Circus Circus Buffet
Unlike some of the other buffets, the Circus Buffet does host both breakfast and dinner, though dinner is only available on Friday and Saturday.
The price recently dropped to $19.99 for both breakfast and dinner for adults and kids.
Meal | Price | Hours |
Brunch | Adults: $24.95 | Sat & Sun: 7am - 2pm |
Dinner | Adults: $24.95 | Fri - Sun: 4:30pm - 10pm |
They have your typical selections, but breakfast sometimes feels like a glorified continental breakfast, and at dinner, while you’ll find fried seafood like fried shrimp and smoked meats, there aren’t any premium selections. This does make it great for kids, which makes sense as the resort is family-friendly.
However, the primary complaint is the lack of selection.
Picky eaters will have no trouble finding something to eat here, while those with a well-refined palate will leave disappointed despite the affordable price.
