The Cromwell Las Vegas restaurants, while limited in number, have some excellent food to try. The two restaurant options at the resort are Giada and Eatwell. Giada is an elevated dining experience complete with a breathtaking view, while Eatwell is a grab-and-go option.
In between live music at one of the nightlife hotspots or slots in the casino, both restaurants are worth the visit. Let’s dive into what to expect from each.
Giada
Giada de Laurentiis, the celebrity chef we all know and love on TV, has her own restaurant at the Cromwell Las Vegas Hotel, so you can taste her bright, fresh Italian flavors for yourself!
From the moment you walk in, you do feel like family with comfortable seating and chic, intimate, and warm design. Of course, the view of the Las Vegas Strip and the Bellagio Fountains is stunning as well.
Menu
There are many options when it comes to the food at Giada Las Vegas.
Brunch Menu
One of the highlights of the brunch menu that we always recommend ordering for the table is Giada’s Fresh Pastry Assortment. It’s simply the best way to start your brunch.
Also on the brunch menu is a charcuterie board, several child seafood options, including a seafood platter if you want to try them all, and a few other appetizers.
For the main event, we love the Lobster Hash or Salmon Benedict, but if you are more of a land lover, the Flat Iron Steak is delicious, too.
Our vegetarian friends will love the Caprese Frittata or Grilled Cheese Panini. Gluten-free individuals have a lot of options as well, including Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
The brunch menu also has its own beverage and dessert menu.
Dinner Menu
The dinner menu at Giada’s starts with the same seafood selection as brunch, though guests have a lot more appetizer options to enjoy at dinner time.
A few favorites include the Bacon Wrapped Dates, Ricotta Crostini, and Giada’s Signature Bread Board. The latter two are even vegetarian-friendly, too.
For main courses, there are so many options for every palate. We like to bring friends so we can all share and try everything! A few you cannot miss are the Scallop Risotto, Lemon Spaghetti, or Chicken Marsala.
In terms of desserts, the Limoncello Souffle is to die for, and the Cannoli Cheesecake has us in a chokehold!
Tasting Menu
The tasting menu is a four-course dinner where you get to select from a couple of choices for each course. First up is a choice of salad, then one of their homemade pasta. The third course is a selection of a few entrees and, finally, a dessert to finish things off.
Beverage Menu
The beverage menu at Giada’s at the Cromwell Las Vegas Hotel is extensive. It’s full of Giada’s take on classic cocktails, wines from all over the world, and a perfectly curated beer selection.
We would dive into more detail on the options, but there are just so many for every taste that you’ll just have to sample a bunch for yourself!
Pricing
Giada’s isn’t the cheapest restaurant you’ll find in Las Vegas, but for elevated dining, the pricing is right on par with other restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. Entrees range from around $30-$60, though, of course, you can find things less than and more expensive than that.
The drinks are a bit expensive but only use premium spirits, so in our opinion, we didn’t mind the price.
Eatwell
Eatwell is a Las Vegas cafe serving light meals, gourmet snacks, coffee and tea, comfort food, and more. You’ll find sandwiches, fresh salads, bakery items, and hot food, too. Though you can only grab and go, there’s more than enough to satisfy your belly.
Menu
You can start your day with a breakfast sandwich or bagel with cream cheese at Eatwell. For a drink, they have all of the options of a gourmet coffee shop, so feel free to get your usual.
When it comes to the lunch menu, the options get even wider. We like the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, which comes on focaccia with fresh mozzarella. It’s a hit! For a quick bite, you can get your comfort food favorites like a Chili Cheese Dog or Taquitos. On the lighter side, try the Mediterranean Artichoke Salad!
In addition to Pepsi products and a few other non-alcoholic choices, you can also grab a beer at Eatwell, which is perfect if you are grabbing a bite and a drink in between visits to the casino.
Pricing
Out of both Cromwell restaurants, Eatwell is definitely the more budget-friendly choice. Most things are under or around $15.
