Delano Las Vegas Restaurants

Delano Las Vegas is a smaller boutique hotel attached to Mandalay Bay on the Las Vegas Strip. The Delano offers a small selection of restaurants, but we promise that they’re not small in taste.

We compiled a roundup of the restaurants at Delano Las Vegas, along with some of our favorites from Mandalay Bay. The two hotels are so close that it’s easy to access dining options at both.

Rivea

Rivea is a beautiful restaurant that offers cuisine with both French and authentic Italian influences. We’re big fans of the airy dining room, laid-back atmosphere, and seasonal specialties on the menu.

The menu is simple and not overly done. The selections remind us of dishes inspired by the delectable food markets of Italy. A few of our favorites are fresh pasta, especially the ravioli with ricotta and preserved lemon, along with the sea scallops and maple leaf duck breast.

For an unforgettable experience at this Italian restaurant, request the patio dining, which offers a gorgeous view of the Vegas skyline. This is for sure one of the best restaurants in Delano, Las Vegas.

Experience how a fusion of France and Italy creates delicious dishes every evening from 5:30 pm until 10 pm. The dress code is upscale casual.

Della’s Kitchen

Della’s Kitchen Las Vegas offers a contemporary blend of comfort food and farm-fresh favorites. This place has a very comfortable neighborhood environment that’s very easy to relax in. We really enjoy how farmhouse wood is blended with hammered steel accents to create a modern yet cozy space.

Della’s Kitchen offers a seasonal menu of breakfast and lunch dishes. We would say that it definitely leans more heavily toward breakfast fare, with a small selection of sandwiches and salads. A must-try is the sweet potato tots!

Della’s Kitchen is easy to find and is located just a few feet from the Delano lobby.

Della’s Kitchen Las Vegas is open Monday & Thursday from 7 am until 1 pm, Friday through Sunday from 7 am until 2 pm, and they’re closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Franklin Lounge

Franklin Lounge is more of a cocktail bar, but they serve appetizers, so we thought it should be mentioned on our list. This is a swanky little lounge that offers a full bar, a comprehensive drink list, and specialty cocktails – plus a few appetizers with bold flavors. Franklin Lounge is a great spot for a pre-dinner or pre-show cocktail with friends.

Franklin Lounge is open daily from 2 pm until midnight. The dress code is upscale casual.

3940 Coffee and Tea

If there’s something that we all need in Las Vegas, it’s the chance to refuel with drinking offerings that are less boozy and more caffeinated. This is where 3940 Coffee and Tea at the Delano Las Vegas enters the picture. The atmosphere is cozy and quietly entices guests to come inside and stay awhile. Of course, this is a coffee shop, so you could also consider it a fast, casual eatery, but we prefer to stay and linger a while.

3940 Coffee and Tea is open daily from 6 am until 1 pm, with a casual dress code.

Restaurants at the Mandalay Bay Resort

Located super close to Allegiant Stadium, this is the spot for great eats before or after the game. Signature dishes include the New York Steak and Fries and a half-pound truffle burger. Delish!
