Chocolate Factory Tour

During the 40th anniversary of the Ethel M Chocolate Factory, the chocolate factory tour was renovated to provide an even better tour experience.

The chocolate factory tour is self-guided, where you can see them make pecan brittle and creams by hand each day, with both machines and chocolatiers making Ethel’s brand chocolate and their sweet best sellers.

Though the factory keeps a schedule, you’ll usually be able to see them whipping something up, and it is even free!

Cactus Gardens

Cactus Garden

The Ethel M Chocolate Factory is the home to one of the world’s largest cactus gardens and is by far the largest cactus garden in Southern Nevada.

The cactus garden is over three acres of more than 300 botanical species. Half of the species are desert plants like drought-tolerant cacti and succulent varieties, while the rest are desert trees, shrubs, and bushes from Australia, South America, and of course, the Southwestern United States.

In the holiday season, the cactus garden is even more beautiful, with the whole property decked out in holiday lights.
