You can lounge window side, taking in the view, or relax on the premium bedding (plus or extra firm mattress toppers are available upon request). Guests can choose between a single king bed or two queen beds. A soak in the spa-style marble bathroom is also hard to resist.
Strip View Studio
The Strip View Studio room offers a spacious, open floor plan that measures 810 sq ft. These rooms are located between the 35th and 39th floors, so the view of the Strip is exceptional. The rooms feature 1 king bed and a sofa bed, but if you’d prefer a rollaway bed instead, that option is available for an extra fee.
The Strip View Studio sleeps a max of three adults, or two adults and two children.
Stadium View Room
The location of the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas means that guests in certain rooms benefit from a great view of Allegiant Stadium and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley. The Stadium View rooms are located between the 35th and 39th floors and measure 560 sq ft. There is the option for both 1 king bed or 2 queen beds.
Deluxe Room
The Deluxe Rooms offer comfort and luxury that offers the feeling that you’re far removed from the Strip while still being so close to everything. Relax in the deep soaking tub, and then settle in to enjoy a view of the valley. We love how the decor of these rooms is a stylish combination of modern and classic design.
The Deluxe Rooms measure 550 sq ft and offer either a single king bed or two queen beds.
Suites
Strip View One Bedroom Suite
The Strip View One Bedroom Suite is spacious, measuring 1,100 sq ft, and it offers a master bedroom that’s separate from the living room for privacy. The suite offers a powder room in addition to the master bathroom, which is nice if you’re entertaining and don’t want guests walking through the bedroom.
The decor is more modern than what we’ve seen with the standard rooms, and the view of the Strip is top-notch.
With one king bed and a pull-out sofa, this quite can accommodate either three adults or two adults and two children.
Stadium View One Bedroom Suite
The Stadium View 1 Bedroom Suite is almost identical to the Strip View 1 Bedroom Suite, except for the obvious fact that the view is different. We love the desk area that’s right next to the window, making it easy to enjoy the view of Allegiant Stadium and the valley beyond.
The Stadium View 1 Bedroom Suite measures 1,100 sq ft and accommodates either three adults or two adults and one child.
One Bedroom Suite
If you love the idea of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas but don’t really care one way or the other about having a Strip or Stadium view, this suite is calling your name. Considering that the hotel offers a quieter, more secluded experience in general, you might appreciate the more serene mountain and desert views.
Like the others, this suite measures 1,100 sq ft and accommodates up to three adults or two adults and one child.
Executive Suite
The Executive Suites are perfect for business travelers. They measure a little smaller than the one-bedroom suites and measure 810 sq ft. They offer a master bedroom with a marble master bath, plus a powder room.
The Executive Suite features a nice desk area and more living area seating to accommodate socializing with business associates.
This suite is also available with a view of Allegiant Stadium or desert views.
Specialty Suites
Penthouse Suite
The Penthouse Suite is gloriously large, measuring 3,400 sq ft, and located on the 38th and 39th floors. However, there’s also a sofa bed, so this suite will accommodate up to four adults or two adults and three children.

This suite measures 1,700 sq ft, and while there is only a single master bedroom with a king bed, the sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space.
Dining
The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas isn’t one of those huge Vegas resorts with a tremendous lineup of restaurants that attract hundreds of people for each and every meal of the day. Instead, it’s a quiet little nook in a big city, which is something we appreciate. Because of this, there isn’t a lot in terms of dining, but there is one restaurant onsite – Veranda.
The Veranda restaurant offers Mediterranean-style cuisine with modern influences. The food is flavorful, fresh, and enjoyable, no matter which menu you’re dining from.
Veranda offers breakfast and lunch daily, from 6:30 am until 3 pm. Dinner is also offered from Wednesday thru Sunday. Dinner hours are 5 pm until 9:30 pm.
Veranda also offers a Saturday afternoon tea from 2 pm until 4 pm. Enjoy tea and light, traditional nibbles. Reservations are required for the Saturday Tea service.
In addition to Veranda, you can also grab a light meal at the pool bar or order from the room service menu, which is available 24 hours a day.
Bars & Nightlife
While the nightlife scene at the Four Seasons isn’t as bustling and high energy as other hotels, you’re sure to find the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail. The hotel offers three locations to linger and sip on an expertly crafted cocktail.
