Fresh Buffet Menu
Brunch
Though the Fresh Buffet previously had separate breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, they now have a daily brunch buffet.
Some of the breakfast items offered include:
- Loaded scrambled eggs and plain
- Cheese Blintzes
- Cinnamon Rolls
- Biscuits and gravy
- Corned Beef Skillet
- Pancakes
- French Toast
- Hashbrowns
- Bacon & Sausage patties
The Omelet Station is a big hit with options like:
- Ham
- Sausage
- Bacon
- Egg Whites
- Mushrooms
- Peppers
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Spinach
- Jalapenos
And, you don’t have to order an omelet here. They will make you eggs in any style like sunny side up, over easy, over hard, and scrambled. This allows you to skip the processed premade scrambled egg mixture and get real eggs prepared fresh.
The Fresh Buffet also features a meat station with:
- Linguica Portuguese sausage
- Kielbasa
- Five-spice pork belly
- Smoked spiral ham
The seafood selection is small here, with just peel-and-eat cocktail shrimp and mussels.
There is a small selection of buffet basics with only one or two pizzas and Asian basics like fried rice, sesame balls, and General Tao’s Chicken.
Of course, there is a salad bar with most of the fixings, a few of their own pasta salads, and fruit that’s fresh-looking and sweet!
Dessert
Finish with desserts like cannolis, turnovers, eclairs, cupcakes, pies, muffins, and soft serve ice cream with all the toppings.
Drinks
The Westgate buffet offers a self-serve drink station where you can get any of Pepsi’s products, such as tea, coffee, and juice.
You can also get Bloody Marys and an Unlimited Mimosas and Bellinis Package for $19.99. But you can find out how to get a coupon for free unlimited mimosas by watching this video below from Explore Vegas.
Location & Parking
We mentioned above that the Fresh Buffet is located at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino, though more specifically, you’ll find it inside the Westgate SuperBook.
To get there from valet parking, walk through the main lobby entrance and head straight back through the casino, veering left past the International Showroom. Then, the buffet will be on your left.
If you are using the self-parking at the North Tower Garage, use the North Entrance. You’ll then walk straight until you hit the second set of elevators. After reaching the elevators, veer right towards the casino and follow the same instructions as above.

FAQs
Is there a dress code at the Fresh Buffet at Westgate?
Though the buffet at Westgate doesn’t have a posted dress code, you should avoid swimwear and pajamas. At the very least, some shorts and a T-shirt will do.
Do you need reservations at the Fresh Buffet?
Unlike a lot of restaurants in Las Vegas, there are no reservations required at this buffet. Occasionally, there might be a short line if it is rather busy; however, typically, this is one of the few buffets where lines are rare.
Final Thoughts: How it Stacks Up
The Fresh Buffet was a pleasant surprise for a budget buffet in Vegas. The decor is bright and clean. They do a nice job of keeping the stations clean and refilled.
While they don’t have the same selection of foods, specialty recipes, or items on the menu as bigger Strip hotel buffets, it’s a great basic brunch buffet at a good price.
After your visit to the Buffet, stick around to watch sports, make a few bets, and enjoy a beverage from the bar at the Westgate SportsBook.
Many years ago, there used to be more of a seafood option during the Sunday brunch buffet ( i.e. crab legs, sushi, shrimp), is this not the case anymore? I assume there is not a Friday night buffet?
Thanks,
Adrian Littlefield
No, unfortunately like most buffets, there are no dinner buffet anymore at Westgate, and they have the same menu every day, so no extra seafood on Sunday.
