Some fun decor elements liven up the atmosphere, especially in the pub. The bar’s backdrop is set up to look like a British telephone booth. Both sides to this pub and grill have a distinctively different feel to them, but somehow they seem to fuse together perfectly into a restaurant that feels warm, vibrant, and maybe even a bit seductive all at once. 

The restaurant accommodates 290 seats, which is more than you would expect at first glance. There is also a patio seating area that extends out of the restaurant and towards the casino floor at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. This means you can enjoy your favorite meal from this native UK chef and never miss out on spying on action on the casino floor. 

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill offers a menu of what can best be described as elevated British pub food. As mentioned, there are two different personalities on the menu at this pub & grill. One part of the menu features English pub favorites, like Gordan Ramsay’s famous classic fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, steak & ale pie, English ale soup, and British chicken curry. 

You’ll notice a theme on this menu, and that’s how all of these dishes pair wonderfully well with a pint of ale. You are in an English pub, after all. So do it like the English do and order up a pint of your favorite. 

The grill part of the menu offers equally good food but with a more upscale vibe. You’ll also find many of the dishes that Chef Ramsay is famous for on this menu. This includes his signature beef wellington, braised short rib, and his famous sticky toffee pudding with English toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.

The rest of the menu at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill Las Vegas is filled with mouth-watering selections. Start your meal at one of the favorite restaurants at Ceasars Palace with poached shrimp cocktail, truffle spinach artichoke dip, or the Ploughman’s Board with bone marrow, cured meats, pickled vegetables, cheese, and grilled bread. 

For an entree, it’s hard to resist something from the Oakfire Grill menu, like the Santa Carota Filet Mignon or Prime New York Strip Steak. You also have your choice of accompaniments for the steaks like peppercorn sauce, seared foie gras, or grilled lobster tail. 

If you’re more in the mood for some “Classic Ramsay,” try the prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, roasted beef wellington, or seared scallops with lemon butter. If something a bit lighter is more your thing, the “Big Berg” wedge salad is a house favorite. 

The salad features crisp iceberg lettuce, bacon lardons, pickled red salad onion, and then it’s topped with garlic toast, croutons, and dill ranch dressing. This is a salad that even a hardcore carnivore would love. 

Guests can also choose from a selection of sides to go along with their dishes. The sides are mainly English-style comfort food dishes that have been brought up in a few notches. The white cheddar mashed potatoes and truffle fries are favorites, but the lobster mac & cheese is to die for. 

Gordon’s Three-Course Dinner Menu 

If choosing between the great dishes on the menu is too much, you can always just leave it up to the hands of Chef Gordon Ramsay and choose his special Three Course Dinner Menu. 

Guests who choose this menu begin their dining experience with the Classic Ceasar or Onion Ale Soup. The main course is Beef Wellington with a red wine demi sauce, and then a sweet finish with the Sticky Toffee Pudding. 

Wine pairings are available for an extra cost. There’s also a lunch version of the Three Course Menu available from 11 AM to 3 PM daily. 

Dessert and Drinks 

Don’t worry. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill hasn’t forgotten about the liquid fortification and the sweets. 

In addition to the Sticky Pudding for dessert, guests can also choose between an Apple Pie Blondie with Belgian White Ale Gelato or the Chocolate Brownie with pretzel chips and salted peanut ice cream. 

This is a pub, so you can expect the beer selection to be impressive, even by Las Vegas standards. The draft beer list offers more than two dozen selections, including Samuel Adams, Bass, Fuller’s ESB, Mirror Pond, Stella Artois, Guinness, and more. 

Even though you may feel like you’ve stepped foot in the UK, they do offer a nice selection of local brews, along with a full bar, an impressive wine list, and a menu of signature cocktails to enhance your dining experience. 

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill opens daily for lunch service beginning at 11 AM. Lunch is offered until 3 PM, which is when the dinner menu makes its debut. The restaurant is open late into the evening every night. From Sunday until Thursday, the restaurant is open until 11 PM, with the last seating times being about 45 minutes earlier. Weekends have extended hours, with the restaurant staying open until 1 AM. 

As with everything in Las Vegas, things change frequently. So, hours at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace are subject to change.
