Menu
As soon as you enter the main dining room of Gordon Ramsay Steak, you know you’re in for an incredible culinary experience. The menu includes elevated steakhouse classics, some famous signature dishes by Chef Gordon Ramsay, an incredible tasting menu, and of course, desserts and drinks. Here’s a sneak peek at the great food that’s available for you to enjoy at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas
The Steaks
Gordon Ramsay Steak is a steakhouse, so it only makes sense to dive in and look at the steakhouse offerings on the menu.
The steak collection includes a combination of Japanese and American Wagyu beef. The highlight of the steak menu is the Triple Seared Japanese A5 Wagyu, that’s pure decadence and perfection. The Japanese Wagyu is priced per ounce.
Next up, you’ll find the American Wagyu selection of prime beef. Guests can choose to indulge themselves with one of the exceptional steak selections. Choices include a Wagyu Filet, Wagyu Rib Cap, and a Wagyu Skirt Steak, all of which are generous at 8 ounces.
Even if you’re not interested in Wagyu, you can still get the best steak at Gordon Ramsay’s Steakhouse. The Prime Beef selections include a Bone-In Ribeye, Bone-In New York, a 38-ounce Tomahawk, a giant Porterhouse, and a 10-ounce filet.
The top-tier beef selections are also infused throughout the appetizer menu, where you can find creations like the Smoked Beef Tartare that’s served with a truffle egg emulsion, coriander vinaigrette, and Yukon gold potato chips. Another favorite is the American Wagyu Beef Sliders on cracked pepper brioche with truffle cheese sauce.
Gordon Ramsay’s Famous Dishes
Of course, when you walk into a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay’s name on it, you expect to at least have the opportunity to try out some of Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes. Don’t worry. At Gordon Ramsay Steak, some of his most infamous culinary creations are waiting for you.
One of the most famous signature dishes on the menu is the Roasted Beef Wellington, which is served medium rare with red wine demi-glace. The Roasted Beef Wellington is also accompanied by glazed root vegetables and potato puree with crème fraîche. There’s also the British Style Onion Soup with caramelized onion broth, which happens to go perfectly with the Ceasar salad with parmesan cheese and all those wonderful garlic croutons.
For sides, the sauteed shiitake mushrooms with soy glaze and fried garlic are wonderful, as are the truffle fries with grain mustard aioli.
Seafood
Although not as prominent on the menu as the steak, there are plenty of seafood dishes to choose from on the menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas. True seafood lovers will want to start the evening with the Seafood Platter with seasonal shellfish served with champagne mignonette, citrus soy sauce, and cocktail sauce.
If an entire platter of delicious seafood seems a bit much, we highly recommend Maine lobster and Alaskan King Crab. Pacific Salmon and Roasted Branzino are also regulars on the menu. Although they’re not always on the menu, we like to keep our eye out for the Lobster Mac & Cheese and the Scallop Risotto.
Tasting Menu
For the ultimate dining experience, Gordon Ramsay Steak offers a Tasting Menu that is exquisitely prepared just for you. The tasting menu starts off with an Amuse Bouche of Scotch Eggs, featuring quail egg, Berkshire pork sausage, and cabbage that has been braised in red wine. From there, the first course takes you to a delicate Hamachi Crudo with a miso vinaigrette.
The second course will bring an exquisite plate of Diver Scallop and Summer Corn Risotto to your table, which is then followed by the Land and Sea Beef Wellington. Then, there’s the dessert. What better way to close an incredible dining experience than with Sticky Toffee Pudding, that’s served with brown butter ice cream and a brown sugar toffee sauce?
All courses are offered with an accompanying wine pairing. To give you a taste of what to expect, the Land & Sea Beef Wellington is paired with Caymus Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley.
Keep in mind that the tasting menu is a limited edition and that the menu is subject to change. If you’re interested in this exclusive dining experience, the Tasting Menu is posted on Gordon Ramsay Steak’s website. You can also inquire about the Tasting Menu when you make your reservations.
Dessert
You’ll usually find about four dessert selections on the menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas, and all of them are worth blowing your diet for. Of course, there’s the Sticky Toffee Pudding with brown butter ice cream and brown sugar toffee sauce, but you’ll find a few other Gordon Ramsay classics on the dessert menu as well.
Choose from the Banoffee with banana cream, toffee, roasted banana swirl gelato, and crumbled Biscoff cookies. Then there’s the BBC, which is a warm chocolate cake that’s dressed with bacon tuile and bourbon Anglaise. There’s also usually a seasonal selection on the dessert menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak, along the lines of a Spring Symphony Strawberry Cheesecake with strawberry coulis and micro mint leaves.
There’s definitely something on this menu for every type of sweet tooth.
Signature Cocktails
Finally, what would a Las Vegas Steakhouse menu be without a carefully curated list of signature cocktails? Gordon Ramsay Steak lives up to this Las Vegas tradition with a cocktail menu that makes it incredibly difficult to choose.
The Drifter is a definite favorite and is crafted using Knob Creek and ginger liqueur, along with bitters and falernum. We also really like the Queen’s Cocktail, that’s made with Sipsmith Gin, apple, lime, and east Indian tonic.
If you don’t find a signature cocktail that strikes your fancy, there’s also a full bar and an extensive wine menu.
Executive & Head Chef
Yes, when you enjoy a meal at Gordon Ramsay Steak, you’re experiencing dishes that were designed with the influence of the famous chef himself. However, accomplished chef Gordon Ramsay is far too busy to be the head chef at any one of his restaurants. This is where the executive chef and head chef come into play.
The Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas is Chef Pedro Gonzalez, who has been in the position since 2020.
Many of you who are familiar with Gordon Ramsay’s reality cooking competition shows know that he often offers the winners a prestige position at one of his restaurants. The season 20 winner of Hell’s Kitchen, named Trent Garvey, earned the position of Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas.
Chef’s Table and Best Seats
No matter where you sit at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas, you’re going to enjoy a meal of great food. Still, some seats are better than others.
For a personalized, memorable experience, we suggest asking to be sat at the Chef’s Table when you make your reservation. Spots at the Chef’s Table are limited, but the experience of watching each intricate dish be prepared just for you is worth the wait.
Honestly, most tables at Gordon Ramsay Steak are great, but if you want a quiet table, maybe ask for a secluded corner table or a table on the upper tier, which offers a great view of both the Union Jack flag on the ceiling and the main dining room below.
Private dining rooms are also available, which are perfect for special occasions and larger parties. If you’re interested in private dining rooms, advanced reservations are required.
Dress Code
The dress code at Gordon Ramsay Steak Las Vegas is smart casual. This translates to nice attire, such as slacks and dress shirts or polo shirts for men and casual dressy attire for women. When dressing for a meal at this Gordon Ramsay restaurant, you want to stay away from athletic wear, such as sweats or yoga pants. T-shirts and super-casual footwear are also frowned upon. In other words, don’t show up in your workout shorts, t-shirt, and flip-flops.
If you’re wondering if the outfit you have picked out is appropriate, your best option is to contact the restaurant before you arrive.
