Las Vegas is called the city of sin for a reason, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a great healthy meal. In a city of decadence, there are still some great healthy restaurants in Las Vegas where you can still enjoy a meal without feeling like a glutton afterward.
Many popular restaurants in Las Vegas offer some healthy options on their menu, but this list would be way too long if we included all of them.
Instead, we’re focusing on the restaurants with menus that are designed around healthy food.
So, whether you’re on the Strip, Downtown, or on the outskirts of town, here are the best places to grab a healthy meal.
Healthy Restaurants On the Las Vegas Strip
Canyon Ranch Cafe at the Venetian Resort

Canyon Ranch at the Venetian is open for breakfast and lunch daily, with lots of healthy options on the menu.
The breakfast menu features healthy dishes like steel-cut oats, granola and fresh fruit, farm-fresh omelets, avocado toast, smoothies, and fresh house-made juices.
For lunch, there are more substantial but equally healthy options. Share a starter of red lentil hummus and baked pita bread, then move on to the main course of a gluten-free quinoa power bowl with your choice of protein additions like seared ahi tuna or organic tofu. There are also wraps, chicken burgers, salads, and healthy tacos – and it’s all delicious.
Canyon Ranch Cafe opens daily at 7 am and closes at 2 pm every day except for Saturday. On Saturday, the restaurant stays open until 3 pm.
Truth & Tonic Wellness Cafe at the Venetian Resort

When it comes to Truth & Tonic Wellness Cafe, the name says it all. This Las Vegas restaurant holds the title of the first fully vegan restaurant on the Strip. The menu is full of healthy food that tastes as good as it is nutritious.
Vegan options are made with nutrient-dense superfoods, so you know these are the type of dishes that are going to give you the nutritional power to get through a day of experiencing Las Vegas.
We love the persimmon and tangerine salad with radicchio and candied walnuts and the feather-free frittatas.
There are other delicious salads and a category of what they call “Boujee Toasts” and other quick bites. This vegan restaurant also offers a chef’s tasting menu, where $5 of every meal is donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Truth & Tonic Wellness Cafe is open Wednesday – Sunday from 7 am until 2 pm.
Terrace Point Cafe at the Wynn Las Vegas

Terrace Point Cafe is a nice place to dine when some guests want to eat healthy fare while others might not be so concerned about fat, calories, or nutrition.
The majority of the menu is healthy, but there are also some dishes that the health-conscious might want to skip – like a crispy soft shell crab sandwich or the churro waffle with dulce de leche crema. There are also decadent dessert options on the menu, which are really tempting.
Some of the health-conscious options on the menu that are also loaded with flavor include the coconut chia pudding, a superfoods salad (vegan, but you can add on animal-based protein, such as grilled chicken breast), pan-roasted Chilean sea bass, and poke bowls. There’s also a menu of fresh juices, smoothies, and other healthy drinks.
Terrace Point Cafe is open daily from 7 am until 3 pm.
True Food Kitchen at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

If you’re looking for healthy food that uses the freshest seasonal ingredients, then True Food Kitchen is going to be right up your alley. They offer a menu that’s crafted with ethics and sustainability in mind, and they’re also the first healthy restaurant on our list that offers dinner.
While there are some classics that never leave the menu, another portion of the menu changes seasonally and incorporates fresh food that’s recently harvested.
We personally love a few items on their spring menu, including the spinach & mushroom pizza with lemon ricotta – so delicious. We also really enjoy the kale cobb salad with so many different types of vegetables. It’s vegetarian, but you can add an optional protein source if you wish.
They also offer a bar menu if you’d like a grown-up drink, along with a nicely curated list of wine selections.
True Food Kitchen is Open Monday – Thursday from 11 am – 9 pm; then on Friday, they’re open from 11 am – 10 pm, Saturday from 10 am – 10 pm, and Sunday from 9 am – 9 pm.
Crossroads Kitchen

Crossroads Kitchen is located at Resorts World Las Vegas and is a Los Angeles original that eventually found a home in Sin City. The menu is primarily plant-based, with very noticeable Mediterranean influences.
With so many delicious healthy food and vegan choices, this is one of those places you’ll have to make a return visit to just to try every dish that catches your interest.
Some of our favorite dishes include the sweet pea ravioli, the truffle mushroom Bianca pizza, the flavorful chickpea marsala over polenta, and the asparagus & artichoke salad. So many flavorful foods!
Healthy Restaurants Downtown Las Vegas
VegeNation

If you’re in Downtown Las Vegas and find yourself craving some healthy food, let us introduce you to the delicious and nutritious eats at VegeNation. What we love about this place is that they take fresh vegetables that are in season and transform them into street foods and crave-worthy dishes that always keep them at the top of our list.
A few of our favorites are the cauliflower wings with either buffalo sauce or mango habanero sauce, the elote tamales with sweet potato filling, smoked gouda pierogies, the raw power tacos with nut meat, and the beet wellington. It’s all so good; we always have a hard time choosing.
Esther’s Kitchen

Esther’s Kitchen is a restaurant in Downtown Las Vegas that serves brunch, lunch, and dinner, along with menus that feature everything from the best sandwiches and salads to fine steaks and everything in between. And so much of it is healthy and made with the freshest ingredients.
There is vegetarian and vegan fare, but that’s not the primary focus here. It’s just nutritious food that has been crafted into amazing dishes. The squash blossoms with goat cheese and ricotta are delightful for a vegetarian meal. The housemade sourdough bread with cannellini beans is a delightful vegan treat. And for the carnivores out there, the pan-roasted chicken with cherries and fennel is delicious.
There’s also a nice list of cocktails you can order from the bar, along with a good wine selection.

So, let’s say you love healthy food, but you also really want a burger. Greens and Grill in Las Vegas, NV, offers the best of both worlds. They have a delicious list of Angus burgers, where you can make it “skinny” by replacing the bread with a lettuce wrap. You can add healthy toppings like avocado and turkey bacon – and they offer both a turkey burger and chicken burger if beef isn’t your thing.
Our favorites, though, are the kabobs. The spicy chicken kabob and the veggie kabob or top-notch and served with brown rice, pita bread that’s made fresh daily, and salad.
Currently, Greens and Grill has two locations in Las Vegas, NV. One is located on Rancho Dr., and the other is on Rainbow Blvd.
El Dorado Cantina

El Dorado Cantina is a great Mexican restaurant that makes it onto our list. As you might guess, there are plenty of the typical entrees that are a little heavy in fat and calories, but we love how El Dorado Cantina makes a point to include lots of tasty health-conscious selections, too.
They offer meals with vegan and vegetarian options, along with gluten-free selections as well. We love the roasted corn & poblano tacos with micro cilantro, the portobello mushroom fajitas, and the aguachiles, which are shrimp with lime juice, cucumber, avocado, spices, peppers, cilantro, and more goodness that just tastes delicious.
El Dorado Cantina is located on Sammy Davis Jr Dr. You can’t miss it. It’s right next to the Sapphire Strip Club. The best part is that they’re open 24 hours – so you can get that tasty, healthy Mexican food that you crave any time of the day or night.
