The MGM Grand is a Las Vegas favorite. Each room and suite offers something a little different. Rooms in the Grand Tower are popular for their views and the proximity to the hotel’s dining and entertainment options. Here is a comparison of the amenities and layout of MGM Grand Tower rooms.

MGM Grand Tower Room Amenities

Room Amenities

MGM Grand Tower Suite amenities

Each Grand Tower room offers slightly different room amenities. This is mainly a factor of the size and layout of each suite. The Tower One Bedroom Suite and the Tower Spa Suite offer amenities that include a large, glass-top desk with an executive chair, laptop-sized safe, and a spacious living area with a pull-out sofa to accommodate extra guests.

The Tower Spa Suite also provides blackout shades, which are ideal for business travelers and those looking for a relaxing getaway. The Tower One Bedroom Suite provides a dining room area that seats four. This setting is perfect for light entertaining or for small families who don’t want to eat every meal at a restaurant.

The Stay Well Tower Suite features a private bedroom, and a spacious living area with a pull-out sofa, in addition to luxury spa amenities.

For a truly pampering experience, reserve a stay at the MGM Grand Tower Spa Suite. This suite is a spacious 694 sq ft, including a comfortable living area for relaxing or entertaining. What makes the Tower Spa Suite different from other Grand Tower rooms is the luxurious, spa-like bathroom.

The Tower Spa Suite features a deep, whirlpool spa tub, a separate shower, backlit vanity mirrors, and Carrera marble for a luxurious spa feel.

There is also a Stay Well Tower Spa Suite, which includes all the standard Tower Spa Suite amenities but with the added benefit of the MGM Grand’s Stay Well luxuries. Stay Well Spa amenities include:

  • Air purification system
  • Purifying shower infuser
  • Sink water purification filter
  • Special lighting
  • Dawn simulation alarm clock
  • Aromatherapy
  • Cedar elements

With so many entertainment options in the MGM Grand, you might not be too concerned about entertainment amenities in your room. Still, the MGM Grand knows there are times when you just want to relax in your Tower room, so they take steps to ensure your entertainment needs are taken care of.

Each Grand Tower room includes a 40” flat screen television and a media hub to plug in and charge all of your devices. Each spacious room offers lots of space to stretch out, relax, or mingle with guests.

In-Room Dining

In-room delicacies can be ordered upon request. These include special snack and wine baskets that are perfect for nibbling or surprising someone with a little something extra. You can also order from a selection of bottled wines and spirits to be delivered to your room.

The MGM Grand also offers an in-room dining option for their guests daily from 6 am – 2 pm. The menu includes breakfast items, light lunches, appetizers, and beverages.

Grand Tower Room Floor Plan

The Tower Spa Suite and Stay Well Tower Suite are the smaller of the three Tower suites, but not by much. They both measure 694 sq ft and include a separate living area. When you walk into the room, you’re first greeted by the living area, which then opens up into the room’s work and sleeping areas. Large windows in both the living and sleeping areas let in lots of natural light and incredible views.

The MGM Grand Tower One Bedroom Suite is slightly larger at 775 sq ft. This suite also has a living area, but it is more separated from the bedroom area than the Tower Spa Suite. There is a spacious seating area with a large pull-out sofa, entertainment center, and dining area.

MGM Grand Parking

Currently, self-parking is complimentary at all MGM properties, including the MGM Grand. They’re offering free parking as a way to welcome visitors back to Las Vegas after Covid. At this time, they aren’t providing a timeline for when they may resume charging parking fees. Valet services are unavailable until further notice.
