With the closure of the Mirage Hotel, the Pantry, one of our favorite breakfast places, closed on July 17, 2024. Will Hard Rock bring it back when it opens?
The Pantry at Mirage is a welcoming, casual eatery with delicious comfort foods. Whether you’re looking for a fluffy omelet or chicken and waffles from their Breakfast Anytime menu, or a large entree for dinner, or Happy Hour drinks at the bar, you’ll feel like you’re home.
Portions are big and prices are reasonable (especially for Vegas).
This is one of the better restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.
First Impressions
When you first arrive, you’re greeted by a hostess stand and a rope line. You’ll step up into the restaurant to crisp clean white walls, what looks like a neighborhood bar on the right, booths on the left and tables in the middle.
Menu
The Pantry’s Menu is known for classic American favorites made from fresh foods at a reasonable price.
Breakfast Anytime
Whenever you feel like a homemade American breakfast with fresh ingredients, The Pantry delivers. Some of their favorite breakfast items include the Breakfast Sandwich, Eggs Benedict, Smothered breakfast burrito, Chicken & Waffles, the Chef’s Omelet, and Applewood Smoked Bacon, not to mention pancakes piled high.
The Eggs Benedict was yummy with a side of their famous Smash Browns, which is exactly as it sounds, smashed (almost mashed) hashbrowns.
Starters
Grab a starter and you’ll feel like you’re snacking on some of the best comfort food around. Try the Bavarian Pretzel with beer and cheese fondue, or the Parmesan and truffle potato chips are one of our favorites. And, these Loaded Waffle Fries are mouth-watering!
Lunch, Dinner & Late Night
When you’re not in the mood for breakfast, The Pantry has a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and larger dinner plates.
Dessert
Save a little room for one of their Sweet Things Anytime. The portions are large enough to share. We chose the Hot Iron Cookie Skillet with a Salted Caramel Blondie.
Room Service
One of the best things about staying at the Mirage Hotel is, The Pantry provides great room service for breakfast, lunch with cocktails and desserts. Room service lunch is just as fantastic as eating in the dining room with mouth-watering sandwiches.

We’ve been to the Pantry on two occasions, and each time our servers have been pleasant, helpful, quick, and attentive.

Hours of Operation & Peak Times
Their busiest times are from 9am to 11am every day of the week. Saturday tends to push a little later from 10am to noon. There’s rarely a wait time, unless you go during the peak hours, where you might have a 15 min wait.

Walking Directions
From the Mirage Self Parking
Walk into the Casino and turn right just past the Lobby Bar through the Atrium. Turn right past Heritage Steak towards OTORO. Turn left and walk through the Casino Floor to the M life Desk. The Pantry will be on your right just before the guest Elevators.
From the Main Valet (Strip Entrance)
Enter the resort from Las Vegas Boulevard. Walkthrough two bronze mermaid statues towards the Atrium. Turn right past Heritage Steak towards OTORO. Turn left and walk through the Casino Floor to the M life Desk. The pantry will be on your right just before the guest Elevators.
Oh my gosh…….I was looking up the gondola ride at the Venetian to take my daughter to when I come to visit her. There was a little box on the bottom on my screen that had a picture of your loaded waffle fries. I popped onto your menu and thank you so much. I am so excited to take her to the Pantry for lunch.
