Appetizers

PF Chang’s China Bistro is probably most known around the world for its Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, which you can get as chicken lettuce wraps or a vegetarian style. Several copycat recipes exist, but there is nothing quite like the original.
Other appetizers on the menu at the Planet Hollywood location include Dynamite Shrimp which are tempura battered shrimp tossed in a sriracha aioli, Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, and BBQ pork spare ribs that are smoked tableside.
Dim Sum

Dim Sum is a Chinese communal dining experience similar to Spanish tapas. On the Dim Sum menu, you’ll find options like handmade shrimp dumplings, handmade chicken dumplings, and hand-folded crab wontons. PF Chang’s really pays attention to detail by making all of their Dim Sum fresh by hand.
Sushi

PF Chang’s mobile app offers sushi delivery, but of course, you can find sushi on their dine-in menu too. They have two rolls that are smoked tableside for a fun presentation, including the Dynamite Roll and the Kung Pao Dragon Roll. You’ll also find simpler rolls too, like the classic California Roll or the Shrimp Tempura Roll.
Salads & Soups

There are a few choices for salads and soups on the menu. The Mandarin Crunch Salad is one of our favorite salads, which has julienned vegetables and cabbage topped with almonds, mandarin orange, rice sticks, and a mandarin vinaigrette. You can then get either chicken or salmon on top for protein.
When it comes to soup, there are two soups that are obvious choices– The Wonton Soup and the Hot & Sour Soup. The Wonton Soup features their house-made pork wontons in a savory broth, and their Hot & Sour Soup is rich and tangy with chicken, silken tofu, bamboo shoots, and egg.
Entrees

The entrees are the heart of the menu and are where you’ll find the most options. It is generally divided into stir-fry-like dishes and then noodle and rice dishes. Under the stir-fries, some of the more popular selections include Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and Pepper Steak.
When it comes to noodles and rice, you have to try the Signature Lo Mein, which comes as vegetable only, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, or combo. Another option is the Short Rib Fried Rice, which has a slow-braised beef short rib, mushrooms, kimchi, edamame, wasabi mayo, egg, and green onion. The original Fried Rice, which comes in the same protein options as the Signature Lo Mein, is also quite tasty, and the Chicken Pad Thai is always a good go-to.
Dessert

There are some unexpected desserts on the PF Changs menu at Planet Hollywood. You have to try the Banana Spring Rolls, which have a caramel-vanilla drizzle and are served with coconut-pineapple ice cream, or the Great Wall of Chocolate, which has six layers of chocolate cake, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and of course, chocolate frosting.
Beverages

You can’t have a perfect feast without a delicious accompanying beverage. Luckily, PF Changs offers a full bar plus plenty of non-alcoholic options.
The Down The Rabbit Hole is their current featured cocktail which is a beautiful blend of Rabbit Hole Rye Whiskey, ginger liqueur, honey, and lemon. The best part? It is served with an augmented reality presentation! You’ll also find Asian, Domestic, Craft, and Import beer selections, sake, and wine when it comes to adult beverages.
For those that want to go alcohol-free, you can try one of the Refreshers like the Peach Boba Breeze or Chang’s Coconut Cooler, as well as Starbucks Coffee, Coca-Cola Soft Drinks, or Freshly Brewed Traditional Black or Mango Tea.
It is also important to note that while PF Changs does not offer a happy hour, they do offer alcohol to go!
Lunch Menu

In addition to the main menu, PF Changs has a separate lunch menu that is available Monday-Friday from 11 am-4 pm and on weekends from 11 am-3 pm.
On the lunch menu is a variety of stir-fry bowl options. You can get any of them with your choice of white rice, brown rice, ½ brown rice, ½ white rice, signature lo mein noodles, fried rice, or no rice. A few of the protein and sauce selections include the popular Chang’s Spicy Chicken and the Honey Chicken.
Vegetarian/Vegan & Gluten-Free Options

Oftentimes, a Chinese restaurant does not have many vegetarian menu items, but that is not the case at the PF Changs Planet Hollywood restaurant location. In fact, they have numerous vegetarian options plus a variety of gluten-free options. It is important to note that while they cater to vegetarians, they do not specify any vegan menu items.
When it comes to the vegetarian menu items, you’ll find Edamame, Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, and Chili-garlic Green Beans for starters. In the entree section, try items like the Buddha’s Feast, which has five-spice tofu, savory sauce, and a variety of vegetables. Ma Po Tofu with crispy silken tofu, a spicy-sweet red chili sauce, steamed broccoli, Stir Fried Eggplant, and Korean Glass Noodles are also vegetarian menu items.
For those who are gluten-free, there are just as many options, including egg drop soup for a starter, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Crispy Honey Chicken, or Crispy Honey Shrimp. The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is also gluten-free, in addition to a few other options on the menu as well. Feeling dessert? You’ll be happy to know the Chocolate Soufflé is gluten-free!
All gluten-free dishes are prepared with gluten-safe utensils and woks as well to prevent cross-contamination.
