If you’re looking for amazing food with whimsical and elegant themes on the Las Vegas Strip, it doesn’t get much better than Tableau. Wynn Las Vegas is home to this elegant oasis tucked away near the South Wynn Tower Suites.

Textured stone walls and opulent Murano glass chandeliers pay homage to Vegas glamour with floor-to-ceiling windows in the large main dining room.

Tableau Wynn is a real hidden gem that’s easily overlooked in a bustling hotel like Wynn Las Vegas.

Enjoy your luxurious breakfast, brunch, or lunch poolside, or dine inside. Tableau at Wynn Las Vegas is frequented by South Wynn Tower Suites guests, but you don’t have to stay at Wynn to taste the chef-crafted American contemporary menu.

Tableau Las Vegas Menu

Tableau Beverages

Tableau has a selection of juices that are freshly squeezed in-house daily. Powerful blends like Purify with honeydew, green apples, kale, spinach, cayenne, organic agave, and celery are a wonderful way to kick-start your digestive system in the morning. If you want to try multiple flavors, there is a juice flight with three types of juices for $12.

The drink menu also features a chia smoothie and French press coffee available in regular or decaf.

Light Fare

If you want a quick, light breakfast, Tableau at Wynn Las Vegas has six light fare options to choose from. Seasonal fresh fruit over greek yogurt, an acai superfood bowl, berries, granola, and protein-filled overnight oats are chilled options that contain health-conscious ingredients.

If you want a bit of warmth, try the steel-cut oats with golden raisins, brown sugar, almond milk, and maple syrup, or the elegant lox and bagel plate with Santa Barbara Smoke House Salmon and whipped scallion cream cheese.

All Light fare options are priced below $20 with the exception of the lox and bagel plate, which costs $26.

Breakfast Entrees

Tableau breakfast

The breakfast entree section of the Tableau menu is the largest and most popular. Each market-fresh breakfast item tastes and looks like innovative American fare with upgraded flavors. In addition to the popular dishes we already mentioned, there are a few breakfast entrees that get recommended more than the rest.

The steak and eggs menu has grilled tenderloin, two fried eggs, avocado, pico de gallo, and Tableau potato. French toast with stewed apples, brown sugar crumble, and cinnamon-infused maple syrup is a sweet entree with just the right amount of cinnamon spice.

Taste an Americanized Spanish omelet with pork chorizo, guacamole, lime crema, cheddar cheese, and salsa ranchero. If you want more variety, Tableau breakfast is always a good choice. This comes with three eggs, bacon, Tableau potato, toast, an assorted pastry basket, juice, and your choice of coffee or tea. These all offer the fuel you need to take on the Las Vegas Strip once you’re done.

There are three types of eggs benedict served daily at Tableau. A traditional benedict with ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, Tableau potato, and an artisan English muffin brings familiar flavors.

The short rib benedict is braised with red wine and served with sunny-side-up eggs, Tableau potato, an artisan muffin, truffle oil, and hollandaise.

Finally, the ever-popular Nautica benedict has smoked salmon, two poached eggs, chive hollandaise, cream cheese bialy, and Tableau potato.

For the Table

Tableau seasonal garden salad

Share small bites with the table for $28 to $31 at Tableau Wynn Las Vegas. The Tableau seasonal garden salad is light and fresh with crowd-pleasing buttermilk ranch. Beef tartare highlights a more elevated flavor profile with roasted garlic, dijon, grain mustard, chives, sea salt, fresh yolk, and warm bread.

Indulgences for the Table

Indulge with your group by ordering a dish topped with American Sturgeon Caviar. Deviled eggs with scallions and avocado mousse are very highly reviewed table indulgence items.

There are also two types of foie gras available. The first is a mousse with brioche and apple gastrique. The second is seared with toasted brioche, strawberry, and rhubarb. Indulgences for the table are priced to reflect the luxury ingredients used to prepare them.

Soups and Salads

There are two soups and four salads at Tableau. Get a taste of home with chicken noodle soup, or try something new with an apple and celery root bisque.

The salads are made using high-quality ingredients at peak freshness, and the attention to detail comes through in every fresh, crisp bite. There is a lobster cobb, caesar, duck confit, and la scala salad available. You can add shrimp, chicken, or salmon to any soup or salad for an additional fee.

Brunch Entrees

These entrees are brunch dishes that lean more towards a traditional lunch than breakfast. The savory entrees are priced from $26 to $48, with distinctive seasonal ingredients gracing each recipe. There are seven brunch entrees in total.

The lobster burger with gruyere cheese and chili vinaigrette on a challah bun is a customer favorite. If you’re looking for a vegan-friendly option, try the Tableau double stack with Impossible patties, chimichurri aioli, RIND carrot cheese, avocado, tomato, caramelized onions, and pickles.

 roasted beets

Add additional sides to your order for $10 to $15 per serving. Sides include Tableau potatoes, smoked bacon, chicken apple sausage, thick-cut fries, housemade pork belly, roasted beets, and truffle fries with garlic aioli.

Favorite Dishes

The most popular dishes at Tableau have the ideal combination of sweet and savory flavors. If you want to try the best the menu has to offer, consider ordering one of these favorite dishes.

  • Belgian waffles with whipped cream and strawberries
  • Lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry preserves, whipped cream, and lemon curd
  • Lobster cobb salad with buttermilk dressing
  • Seared salmon with bacon braised chard
  • Nautica benedict with two poached eggs, chive hollandaise, cream cheese bialy, and Tableau potato
  • Waffles with squash jam, cinnamon creme angleise, and a cider reduction

The atmosphere at Tableau Wynn is one of the things people love the most. Any restaurant can serve good food, but not any restaurant can capture the great ambiance of a romantic French cafe in the middle of Las Vegas.

The restaurant welcomes all ages, so there is a family-friendly spirit when you enter the expertly designed dining room, but not in a way that takes away from the charming atmosphere.

Poolside Dining

Poolside Dining

Dine al fresco with poolside dining surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens in Las Vegas. The poolside dining space is undeniably beautiful, but it can be hard to get a seat. Request poolside dining when you make your reservation or when you enter the restaurant, but be prepared for a longer wait time if you don’t want to dine indoors.

Group Dining

Private dining rooms feature unique designs that can be used for meetings, receptions, and private parties. The Tableau team will craft a custom event menu when you book a space for group dining.

Overall, Tableau Las Vegas has years of positive reviews that can be found online. The restaurant is good enough to encourage repeat customers, which is quite an accomplishment in a city with so many options.

Trip Advisor

Out of 478 reviews, Tableau Las Vegas has a 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor. This Wynn eatery is ranked #88 out of 3,138 Las Vegas restaurants TripAdvisor covers. Their highest ratings are for food, great service, and atmosphere. The combination of these categories helped Tableau win the 2022 Travelers’ Choice Award.

Open Table

Tableau has earned a near-perfect rating on Open Table, with 4.8 out of 5 stars across 853 reviews. Reviewers have noted Tableau’s charming, romantic atmosphere and rated it one of the best Las Vegas restaurants for brunch.

Yelp has the lowest rating for Tableau, with a 4-star rating across 717 reviews. A 4-star rating is nothing to turn your nose at, but it’s not as widely loved on Yelp as it is on other review platforms. The lower rating notes long wait times for a table or for meals to make it to the table, but the majority still loved the food and ambiance at Tableau Las Vegas.
