The Bedford by Martha Stewart Menu
Lunch
The lunch menu is only available at The Bedford by Martha Stewart on Saturday and Sunday each week. This menu is much smaller than the dinner menu and a bit cheaper. Start with an appetizer like a jumbo shrimp cocktail, big Martha’s pierogis, or ricotta-stuffed zucchini blossoms.
The lunch menu continues with 2 salads for $17.95. The first is a classic Caesar, while the other is Alexa’s Chopped salad with corn, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, English cucumber, cilantro, parsley, haricot vert, jalapeno, and a rice wine vinaigrette.
Similarly, there are two entrees available. These include a half-roast chicken with herbed breadcrumbs for $49.95 and the honey mustard spinach with wilted spinach and confit shallots for $46.95. Add to your meal with a side dish of four cheese mac and cheese, matchstick fries, or grilled jumbo asparagus with hollandaise. Each side dish costs $15.95.
Dinner
Dinner at The Bedford by Martha Stewart is by far the best way to experience this restaurant. It offers the largest selection and showcases so many different flavors there’s sure to be something for everyone you’re dining with.
Dinner begins with appetizers ranging in price from $14.95 for a house-made bread basket to $32.95 for the crab cake. Appetizers are easy to share with the table, so don’t be afraid to order more than one! Oysters Rockefeller is always a hit, and Big Martha’s Peirogis is truly one of a kind.
There are four salads, two of which are carried over from lunch. In addition to the Caesar and Alexa’s salad, there’s also the frisee salad with bacon lardons, poached egg, and lemon dijon vinaigrette. The red endive salad is just as tasty with gorgonzola dolce, toasted pecans, and sherry-shallot vinaigrette. All salads are priced at $17.95.
Nine entrees are ranging from $49.95 to $89.95. This is where the French-inspired cuisine really shines with dishes like truffle fettuccine alfredo and lemon risotto with sea scallops. There’s a 16 oz prime New York strip, a 10 oz prime filet, and a delicious kurobuta pork chop with stone fruit.
Complete your plate with a side dish like potato puree, matchstick fries, or a baked potato smashed tableside and topped with creme fraiche, chives, and bacon lardons.
Prix Fixe
The prix fixe menu is a pre-selected 4-course delight that highlights some of The Bedford’s best dishes. If you choose the Prix Fixe, the cost is $99.95 per person.
The first course is a classic Caesar salad with brioche croutons and aged Grana Padano. The second course features Big Martha’s Perogis with potato filling and brown butter. Elevate your pierogies with a side of golden osetra caviar and sour cream for an additional fee.
The third and main course is half an organic roast chicken stuffed with herbed breadcrumbs. Finally, end the meal with upside-down lemon meringue pie for the fourth course.
Desserts
Six decadent desserts range in price from $10.95 to $15.95. The upside-down lemon meringue pie is by far the most popular dessert, but the “Mile High” chocolate cake is a close second.
Other dessert options include a coffee ice cream sundae topped with butterscotch sauce and hot fudge, a classic crème brûlée, and baked market stone fruit with creme fraiche ice cream and brown butter shortbread cookies. If you prefer something simple, the housemade sorbet and ice cream selection is divine! Flavors include raspberry, black currant, coffee, creme fraiche, and chocolate. All flavors are served with a side of brown butter shortbread cookies.
Enhance your dessert experience by ordering from a selection of dessert wines by the glass.
