Vanderpump à Paris, rated one of the best restaurants in Paris Las Vegas, serves French Mediterranean-style fare with a twist. The atmosphere is eclectic, elaborate, and dripping in luxury. 

Velvet banquettes, crystal chandeliers in wrought iron cages, and bronze fixtures throughout set the tone for the restaurant, while the indulgent menu carries that energy through every bite of the meal. It feels like dining in an old Parisian courtyard, and it’s hard not to love it! 

Cocktails and Wine

There is no shortage of delicious wine, bubbly champagne, hand-crafted cocktails, and Parisian-inspired shots at Vanderpump á Paris. Many of the cocktails, wine, and champagne offered feature classic French flavors, but there’s not a bad item on the lengthy drink menu!

If you aren’t sure where to start, try the Vanderpump 75 with Vanderpump Vodka, strawberry St. Germain, Rhubarb Lemon, and Aquafaba Bubbles.

The Le Dirty Bleu with gin, blue cheese stuffed olives, rosemary, and everything bagel spice is a great option for people who like bold flavors. 

Louvre At First Sight is another customer favorite with mezcal, prickly pear, lemon jalapeno honey, orange bitters, and Aquafaba. This cocktail is served with hickory smoke that enhances the taste and makes for a picture-worthy presentation.

Main Menu

The menu begins with shareable bites for the table. They’re all delicious, but the Les Crudites with raw seasonal vegetables, whipped goat cheese, French onion artichoke dip, and house-made potato chips is an absolute must-try.

The stuffed Vanderpump baguettes, mini monsieurs, and goat cheese cakes are wonderful, too.

The menu continues with a selection of fresh salads, including our personal favorite, the Les Tomates salad with fried green tomatoes, heirloom tomato carpaccio, cherry tomatoes, and whipped goat cheese.

Next are savory main dishes like bourbon street gumbo, a market pot pie, and a cast iron filet with cognac pink peppercorn reduction. 

End the night with decadent desserts that include a Le Grand Puff with caramel and crème anglaise, Pain Au Chocolate Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee Beignets, and Mousse Au Chocolat Bites. If you can’t decide, try the Grand Selection platter with your choice of three desserts.  

Late Night Menu

If you book one of the last dinner service reservation time slots, you’ll get to order from an exclusive late-night menu. This menu includes all the fan-favorite items like the Louvre At First Sight cocktail, The Truffle-Stuffed Vanderpump Baguette, and Make It Impossible. You can even try a flight of Vanderpump wines for $30.95. 

The late-night menu is essentially a scaled-back version of the regular menu, but it tastes just as good! There are even decadent desserts to end your meal, like the Mousse Au Chocolat Bites with raspberry compote and Creme Brulee Beignets. 

Vanderpump à Paris is open at 4 PM daily. The restaurant is open until 12 AM Sunday to Thursday and 2 AM Friday and Saturday.
